I have to say that their display is pretty much extensive when it comes to bike parts. The place also have bike mechanics. Not a place to find high end products though.

After buying a new road bike and taking it home we found that the bike needed some adjustments and also a new chain as the original one fitted broke within first 2km riding. I was originally very disappointed with my first experience with the bike yard thinking I was sold a lemon. But upon returning the very next day and expecting difficulties with the personell, I was greatly relieved when they fixed my problems without fuss. Even threw in a new chain for free in good faith. I recommend The Bike Yard and will purchase there again.

Small and very tight place. Overpriced parts. Bike Technician was not installing my chain back to its original placement after i bought my over priced hubs. Bike technician does not know how tune my gears correctly and my spokes he installed are very loose and accident waiting to happen to the rider. I have to go to another bike shop that knows how to fix what he had installed and knows what they are doing. Avoid this place for repairs or tuning your bike. Be safe cyclist.

These guys helped me out so much with putting my full suspension mountain bike back together after I had it taken apart so I could bring it in my luggage. They had the wheel set and other parts on hand and at a good price. Thanks guys!

Fast transaction if you message them first in Facebook. Replies to queries fast. Physical store is small but with ample supplies. A little bit higher price than bike stores in Cebu City but maybe due to the pandemic. A lot of customers suggest good service. No parking.

This store is located within the grounds of the Mall, just across from the main entrance and car park. It Has a big range of bikes, of mainly medium cost and some high end bikes also. As you would expect this store has many cycling related accessories also. This store does not follow the opening times of the main mall, so check before you go to avoid a wait.

The people working there don’t give an F. Pro tip: You can buy a perfectly adequate bike at Tobe Sport in SM Seaside for 10,000 pesos. I use mine to climb Busay so don’t tell me the bikes there aren’t good enough

The shop had alot of high end parts which was good to know in cebu, but the customer service was bland ( No energy with the customer"ME"") sometimes with great service you ending up buying something before you leave the shop.

This bike shop is the replacement for RJ Bike Den in Mactan Island. The owner is one of the mechanics working before in RJ Bike Den. He is an avid mountain biker and dependable mechanic. It has been a pleasure dealing with him. Hope to see him again in the future for my new mountain bike build.
