Highly recommended! Had 2 gadgets fixed there already and on both times the service provided was superb. Had a laptop issue that the service center of the brand couldn't fix but in this store, they repaired it and was ready just the next day.The staff are accommodating and the technicians are very competent. I got problems not only battery charging but also sound device on my MacBook Air(A1465) after dropping it on the ground.However, they promptly fixed it with reasonable fee.The staffs are friendly and I had a good service with a pleasant conversation.I'd like to recommend this awesome repair shop!

If i were to rate the experience i had from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, it would be a negative 11. Worst customer experience ever! This was in isolve Urgello. They are full of crap and never true to their word. January 21, I brought my 1Tb external HDD for data recovery. I was told they will check it and update me via sms 3 days later. I did not get an update so on Feb 1 i called to follow up. They said they are still checking on the unit and will update me but i never got an update from them. Called again feb 11 and again was told they are checking it and will update me. Once again, i never got an update and i patiently waited again. Feb 22, i called again and said they are still double checking the unit and will update me before noon the next day. And again, no word from their store. Feb 23 i went to the shop to pull out the unit. Once there, it took them some time to look for the unit. How can you say that you are working on the unit if you cant even find it? My suspicion is that my unit was just hidden in a shelf collecting dust.As a last resort to try and appease me, i was told that the unit was overheating. I have enough of your crap. If that had been the case, you could have told me over the phone when i called a few times. You are full of lies and excuses. Seriously isolve, check on your people from time to time if they are actually doing work or not. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. The job order for this is 5980.

im sure you guys are able to provide great service to most customers..but my experience was not so nice..I left my ipad for repair..change the glass because there's a crack..after 2 weeks of waiting for stocks, we were told to get it..then we saw that there is a crack at the back!! now we have to wait another week!!! this is isolve repair..not idamage break..I don't know who to speak with..this needs to be resolved so you guys can give feedback to the techs..so.it doesn't happen again..

Inexperienced technican handled the repair of my laptop. I told them its a hard drive issue as I diagnosed it myself. Requested for replacement as its still under warranty. They said they fixed it but issue is still ongoing. I guess I'll have to fix it myself.

We had an acer laptop that was purchased in August last year that decided not to power on at all, so we took it along for them to sort it out under warranty. We were pleasantly surprised to find out had a two year warranty.......amazing in the Philippines where warranties are usually none existent! They fixed it foc in around 2 weeks and our daughter now has her laptop working again. So great all round. They text when it was ready. The service centre location was a little confusing insofar as we went to the address shown on my Google map and there was a shop displaying Acer above it...... But it wasn't there, and we were sent to a side staircase where the service vectra was located upstairs.

What's the use of ur phone number if no one answers it?People like us who live afar can only rely on calling first because we don't have the luxury of living near you but i guess that's not happening.Edit: They were able to help me fix my device. Walk in.Suggestion to the service center: Man your phone lines.Customers who live far away or even near can inquire first if a service is available or not, which can save a lot of time and will make your customers appreciate you more.
