I'd rate them something like 4.5 if they weren't so terrible at responding. It takes ages (in some cases, weeks) before you hear back from them, even after messaging on multiple channels (social media, text, email, etc.).Even if it's only to update you on the status of your orders, I wish they'd learn to respond -- their staff need more customer service training and a decent CRM system.Other than that, their inventory is good and they can usually get the stuff you need if you special-order it from them. Pricing isn't too bad either. Just be prepared to wait and undergo a bit of frustration.

I messaged them online for a product and said it was available and gave me the price. That day I came to their store, then the lady l, a bit cold, said it wasn't. I traveled from a long distance and felt like I wasted my time. Maybe the lady realized I was going to buy and she then became accomodating. I ended up buying what's not according to my plan. Still stransactions are fast and prices are good.

I am from Manila and just moved to Pampanga, and I bought PC parts and components from different computer shops, I researched and searched where to build PC and found PC configure. I called to one of their numbers and a guy answered, I asked "IF I CAN LET THEM BUILD MY PC AND I ALREADY HAVE ALL THE COMPLETE PARTS AND COMPONENTS, he answered yes and told me the price, later on after 1 week I called again to double check, and a woman answered my call, and told me that I should book an appointment via Facebook, so I did and they told me that they do not build PC with parts that are not from them. cause I thought that in the first place since one of the guy form them answered my inquiries that they can build my pc with the parts that i already have. So i called again and one of them answered and said yes and i can go there, which I did, then the cashier who was rude and looking down on me cause LIKEWWISE I THOUGHT THEY CAN BUILD MY PC WITH THE PARTS I ALREADY HAVE, which is kind of bullsht its the first time I HEARD THAT A COMPUTER SHOP doesn't do any building services unless you buy the parts from them. Even PC Express, Dynaquest, even Rig Builders, provide building services even if the parts are not brought from them, BUT since i moved to Pampanga I am unable to build my pc in Manila.

First time visit just to buy a connector and the staff is like very busy sa kaka marites nila. It took me 30 to 45 mins just to purchase a simple connector and the fact na ako lang customer. Not good experience!

Store selection is adequate, staff are very accomodating and helpful, specially a staff named "Nicole". Store is not as big as others but adequate enough to accomodate around 8 people at the same time. During C19 Time proper distancing and safe protocols were observed. Highly recommended Tech Store.

Unprofessional customer service (went there personally). The girl with red lipstick wasn’t knowledgeable much – didn’t even asked what we really need and she doesn’t even know how to give suggestions. We only stayed for 15mins more or less.

A WASTE OF TIME. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.One staff seemed accommodating when I asked to hold an item that I was going to purchase. It was going to take me 3 hours to get to their store but assured her that I was getting the item. Lo and behold, there wasn’t any stock left when I arrived, with the saleslady at the desk telling me that somebody else was given that particular item that I had reserved. I just wasn’t informed by anyone from their team. This 2nd lady kept redirecting me to their other branches but these branches were about 2 hours away from this particular branch and I was in a time crunch, explaining that I called ahead because I wanted to make sure that the item was there when I got there. Now I just wasted hours that I could have used to buy the item elsewhere or do something else that’s more productive.The first lady I spoke with didn’t even apologize when I called back. The second lady could work on her tone and demeanor. They really aren’t very good at providing alternative solutions and good customer service.Those who want to buy at this place, do so at your own risk.

You can always tell them your budget and options will be offered.MANAGEMENT - I've been to many computer shops, and I'm glad I was able to find the PC Logic Store from last year. The Store Manager, Ma'am Lei, was very accommodating and really takes care of her client's needs. Whenever I have concerns on stocks and arrival of my orders, she always met my needs. She made sure that I am well aware and updated on the situation ahead of time, that for me is very important. I can see her support to her staff whenever she's on duty. I also appreciate that she can always be reached online anytime especially during this time of pandemic. I send my pre-orders so I can just pick them up right away from the branch without waiting for the availability of the products. The store manager of this establishment has the rudest form of costumer service. We have recently bought at them and unfortunately the item is not working when it arrived. I called them for the issue getting their side and telling what is needed to do and but she replied with shout and unexplainable reason why would she shout when we are resolving the issue. at first I'm talking with the technician explaining my side and the manager suddenly talks and she's saying that she is so mad about what she is hearing and she just hang up on me. this is a bad experience so I would not gonna bother or make an effort or atleast visit their shop due to this reason. be aware of this shop specially the manager.

One of the best Tech Shops in and around Angeles City. Staffs are nice and polite.Shop could benefit from Online Pricing List, most products are posted via Social Media but without Price.Business is Legit and Thriving, just unsure why they couldn't follow that rule. Would make it easier for buyers to have an idea of the price before heading to the store.

Staff are accommodating and professional. They even replied to my queries on messenger. They fully explained what the issues were and the options to be done with my PC, even the parts and cost of my repair were discussed. In two days time, they were able to fixed it.
