Strongly Not recommended place to shop. Sales are ScammerWe bought the laptop from them on 10th March 2019. After we paid for the laptop, the sales girl told us Microsoft Office is not included in the package and ask 3k pesos we which we obliged to pay. After that she call a friend from neighbour shop from Silicon Valley to come over to install the Microsoft Office for us. After almost 30min of waiting the man told us to go up 4th floor Chow King place where he said he would come up shortly to finish the installation there.Another 20min of waiting up there. When my instinct told me something is not right. I went down to PC Express to look for him again n he said to wait for him again. I told him we have to catch a flight at 1pm n it's already almost 11am its getting late . I found out he his trying to install unlicensed software and his partner in crime was the sales girl n another staff from same shop.Who want to pocket the money between 3 of them by tricking us to think that they install Genuine softwareI got angry n pass the shop Silicon Valley where their helpful staff said they can install for us at3. 5K so we agreedWost is this Fxxking PC Express shop had wasted so much of our time in the morning and we end up missing our flight to Tuguegarao at 1pm.

(20180512) i recently purchased computer components yesterday. im having trouble on the new GIGABYTE MOBO USB CDROM booting, the BIOS doesnt seem have option to enable it, i think they remove it.today im trying to call the store @ 11:00 AM, 1st time i got the a response but after i told my question they drop the phone, i tried recalling back but they disabled the line.I was ab8 to ask also if their is available optical drive but not given a chance. Thats why i decided to go to Gilmore and buy a new optical drive.PC EXPRESS service isnt like this b4, i dont know why the service is terribly so poor. i regret giving them a tip of P100.00 just to test my newly purchased MOBO, Processor, memory.

To be honest .. this is the only place in Robinson Manila that you can find computer parts with real price .they manager changed a year ago ... I loved the old manager . Helpful and always tried to give a better price while I was shopping for my internet cafe ...
