I wanted the ash blonde hair. I showed them the photo. After almost 7 hours it was done and it looked like just a blonde hair. The next day i went back and told them(politely) that that’s not what i wanted. They colored my hair again the next day and I asked jay (the hairstylist) if he can show me what would be the outcome and he said he is just picturing it on his mind. The result became gray. I did not complain again just because my hair was already colored a lot of times but i would never EVER go back again.

I appreciate you.Sadly, I cannot say the same for one of their manicurists/pedicurists. She was okay at first. When I nicely told her I wanted my nails very short (I apologised for not telling her sooner, though my nails weren’t yet painted then), she sarcastically asked if I really wanted to have them painted. She could’ve been merely joking. But then, anybody could differentiate between a goodnatured joke and a biting remark. Her cold facial expression and tone suggested the latter. I’ve always wanted my painted nails short since I was a teen (partly due to contact lenses) and no manicurist/pedicurist has ever taken issue with it.It seemed she disliked me, as she didn’t help me with my footwear once she was done with my nails. She just got up without a word and never came back. First time I’ve experienced such behaviour after a pedicure. As a result, the nail polish smudged (I have tremours due to a medical condition). I relayed this incident to another person, just in case I was being “oversensitive”. This person’s first reaction was, “How very rude of that manicurist/pedicurist!”I don’t want trouble.
