Bought a new vape and 2 batteries from here 2 weeks ago. I put the second battery into the vape this weekend and it does not work. I went to the shop and they were not interested. No refunds they said which means they can sell you rubbish and you have no rights as a customer. 2 batteries for 900 peso so not cheap. Same battery on Lazada only 100. Poor customer service. Rude and couldn't care less about customers. Don't. You from here. Everything less than half price on Lazada and better quality

So far this is the only place where the build of my zeus mesh is very good.Its a bit pricey at 100php using my own mesh but for the hassle of getting burnt hits it is worth the price.

No recotton. They said they need to change coil. Costs 100 if you have your own coil, and it's just kanthal. Otherwise, it's 200. Their juices also a bit overpriced by 50. Not very friendly staff.

Don't go there to ask them to change cotton or coil. Sadly they were using a hard tool to open it which causes scratches to your rda. I can open the body just to use hand and simply twist it and they didn't seem to bother . I've been disappointed.

The place is nice, it is not crowded, you can relax inside with fresh air under the big tree while having some coffee. The parking lot is far from the mall, and it's an open area. So whenever it rains you'll get wet running from the parking space coming to the inside of the mall.

I had been a smoker since I was 17 years old until last year. I'm almost 67 years old so that makes about 50 years of smoking. For the last 14 of those 50 years I've lived in Cebu . . . so I'm kind of out of the loop as far as new trends in the U.S. go. So it was only last year that I learned about vaping. As luck would have it, I discovered Chief Vapers soon afterward and, after countless prior attempts, finally quit smoking with no problem at all. In the year since then, I've been cigarette-free.From the beginning, Chief Vapers has been consistently helpful and friendly. When I inquired about purchasing 24 mg nicotine vape juice they explained that 12 mg was the strongest they carry. To my surprise the next time I visited, I found they had special ordered that 24 mg juice for me. And even more surprising was that there was no extra charge for the special order. That kind of customer service is not common in the Philippines (at least to my experience).Chief Vapers has a wide variety of mods and juices and accessories. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They outclass their competitors (or, at least, the ones I've visited).The funny thing is: until yesterday, I had no idea what their store's name is. The sign out front says, merely, "Vape Shop". I wanted to call them but I couldn't find them anywhere on Google . . . not even when Googling "vape shop in Raintree Mall".I did find, however, Extreme Vape Lounge. I checked them out, on Facebook, and they had the largest following of any Cebu vape shop. But when I visited their store, I was very disappointed. It was small, with limited selections, and the guy there was decidedly unhelpful.So I'm sticking with Chief Vapers.

The best shop in cebu in terms of serving the full mech vaping community. And they have iff lines of juices, good stuffs.However some staff is not that accomodating and there was ones i came here for rebuild and it took 10 minutes to start thw process even though i am the only customer. Expect more students in this place when got here.Overall this place is cool for young people.

I had the 99 peso burger and it's a good value. I don't feel the brioche bun is a good fit or taste for a burger nor the watery cheese as I prefer a more hearty and bold bread and cheese, as a foreigner. However, it's a pretty typical style as far as Filipino burger joints go, so choose this place if you are near and like Filipino style burgers as it is one of the best in Cebu for taste and value.

Limited stocks/choices and they don't recommend other juices when your brand/flavor is not available. They always ran out of almost everything except menthol freebase juices. If you're looking for saltnic then don't bother going to this store, I went 3 times for the past days, just a waste of time. Add mesh coils, they're always out of stock.

The first time i visit it was great the young man help me have product knowledge. the second time I visit the lady behind the counter said to me they did not have a specific product and when i printed it out behind the counter she demonstrated that she had no product knowledge and also said that i must have went to a different store whereas i was in that same stored two days before the four stars is for the gentleman that knew what he was doing

Great location. Staff is friendly enough after a few visits. Could do some customer service training though, it would do a lot to boost sales. Pretty much well stocked. Lounge area is a plus. Hard to get a signal indoors.

Went to buy oxva xlim se and a watermelon juice. Both items are good but the staff seems to have no interest in his customer. While i was asking him question about the device and stuff he doesn't seem to wanna answer my questions. I felt that he'd rather wanna play in his phone instead of answering my questions. I still have a lot of questions but the staff was busy playing in his phone. During the entire duration of this transaction the staff was playing in his phone. In short, no courtesy and no customer service.
