11:06 05/07/23I had a wonderful experience at the Old Swiss Inn Restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the Reuben and club sandwiches, which were delicious and satisfying. The menu had a nice selection of food to choose from, and everything we tried was tasty. Although we encountered some minor issues, such as not being able to buy ice and the delivery person not having change, they were easily overlooked given the overall great experience we had. 16:50 03/27/23From bad day to a perfect day, it's amazing how food can transform and turnaround your day. I was half awake half asleep when we visited the place because we spent the whole day at Enchanted Kingdom from opening to closing the day before. I was hoping that the food here will somehow wake me up... and it did. We ordered Peppersteak Swiss Inn, King Salmon and schnitzel for our little one. The steak looked just like a thick cut of meat but when I sliced it, it was a visual treat. Brown and charred on the outside yet pink and juicy on the inside. Not to mention, it was so tender and flavorful considering how thick the meat was. The king salmon was also good but we felt the big portion of the dish was the potato. Salmon size could be improved. 02:45 04/08/22The Old Swiss Inn has a nice atmosphere and an attentive staff. We stayed at the Somerset Hotel next door and enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the inn each morning. It is convenient, nicely decorated and clean. The menu is basic but they have a nice selection and the food is tasty. We ordered dinner on a late evening and were equally satisfied. We enjoyed the Reuben and club sandwiches. We had two minor frustrations, neither was serious. We asked to buy ice to take back to our hotel room. They told us they could not sell it to us, which we found strange. (Luckily, there is a convenience store in the complex.) We ordered food to be delivered to our room and the delivery person was sent without change. Aside these minor issues, we were very satisfied. Booie M-
16:16 05/05/21This is an amazing place with a really cozy ambiance that serves the best goulash in the metro! I have been coming back here for the better part of almost 2 decades now and everything has remained the same. The interior is more well lit now, and there have been subtle changes to the items on the menu, but my favorite goulash is still here. I compare the experience of this place as coming home and eating your mother's comfort food. It's quite pricey - the goulash alone costs around 300 for a serving - but if you have a dime to spare, this is definitely a place to visit.

01:08 03/31/23Chili's does pretty well in the Philippines. Everything seems the same as any other Chili's in the world. Margaritas were a little weak, so I recommend just not bothering with the booze, but all the other things are fantastic. This location gets two stars for ambiance because they had a meeting upstairs and they allowed them to use a PA that just blasted the person talking everywhere. None of the management did anything until I mentioned it. You couldn't even identify the background music because it was so loud. Other than that, I would've had a good time. Cams Sarzuelo-

12:26 10/14/22I had forgotten that servings here were relatively hearty. We ordered too much food. But we loved them all. We started off with classic nachos, paired with bottomless frozen margaritas. Then ended up ordering way too much fajitas and tacos that we couldn't finish them all so we had to had them wrapped up for take away. It's been so long since I've been to Chili's that I had forgotten how good their food is. It was a weeknight so not overly busy. 16:08 07/28/22The food was good! Definitely liked their beef tenderloin and mashed potatoes. The calamaris was so so good and it was cooked well. Eat it while it's hot. Their bottomless tortillas with salsa is still good. The nacho chips with cheese was really nice too because of the amount of cheese which is then cut by the jalapeno.The fajitas were a little too salty. Onion rings tasted more like breading than onion and the sauce was a little bland. I think the platter of appetizers is a good deal because you get to taste everything. The buffalo chick bits was not spicy at all which is wei d for buffalo flavor. Fries not bad and the ribs were fine. Service is very good and our waiter was very friendly and even informed us of a credit card promo that they offered and which we were able to avail. It didn't take long to have our order served, although there was only a handful of customers at that time. We enjoyed the food. The salad was great and the steak was simply superb - a bit on the pricey side, thus we were quite thankful for the promo. From where we were seated, there was ample space between tables from different rows to give some level of privacy; however, it doesn't feel that way when more customers started to come in and were seated in the adjacent table (same row as ours). It couldn't have worked out better for us!Our server Rubie was simply outstanding and she took great care of us despite the place being packed!Chili, wings, fries on our first visit and then shrimp & garlic rice and a cheeseburger on our second trip in the same weekend. We meat were all well seasoned and soft and tender and melting on the fork. The pork belly wasn’t fatty and it was served with vinegar which cuts through any grease.Then came 1 pm and the actual entertainment happened with the staffs all dancing to the tune of 70s disco. The deck is very spacious and well designed but better if they setup more tables in the edges. The first 10 times or so, it was out of this world amazing!The Goulash Soup is spicy and delicious when it is served hot but several times it is has been brought out only warm.The Roasted Pork Knuckle is some of the best pork that I have ever had. The last time that we went we were told that that no longer have the Jaeger Sauce which was far superior to their standard brown gravy / sauce. That was a hug disappointment and I am afraid that we won't return.The appetizers are decent but unremarkable and the desserts are just ok.Sad to say but I have to delete Brotzeit from my normal rotation of quality dining choices.Good luck if you go and I hope that you experience is better than mine have become. 10:11 07/19/22One of the few places in Metro Manila that serve German cuisine.On a normal day, service is okay but our most recent visit (Father's Day) was quite bad as they were understaffed for the first 2 hours. Just brushed it off given that the staff were still courteous.As usual, their German sausages were savory delicious but we were very disappointed with how the currywurst and käsespätzle tasted bland. Another disappointment for me was finding out that they discontinued serving sauerkraut (why???) :(Sausages made up for the disappointment as well as discovering how their veal schnitzel and fladen with smoked salmon tasted really good. And the price went up by 150, plus service charge (which I don't mind since wait staff are all attentive).September 23, 2022Just an update, price had gone up. Their unli with wagyu beef cubes costs 899. Had unli meat Korean bbq with premium beef. It was satisfying.Service was great because of Angie . Always smiling and ready to serve. The rest? 13:16 10/29/21We went here for my daughter's 9th birthday. It's our 1st time to go out since the pandemic started, and this is our experience.Ambiance and location: Cool! But no taxis so book Grab when you don't have a ride. 5⭐Food: Not tasty enough but just fine. Incomplete dishes (no tempura and calamari), and that was sad. The wagyu cubes, bland and seems like tofu. But I love that they have shrimps (request for peeled batch) and baby scallops. 3⭐Price: 799, not 749 as posted on their FB page. + 5% charge, so please bring extra money with you 9r you'll get short. 2⭐Service: You have to ask for everything, they won't even serve you rice and drinks unless you say so. Good thing they accept kids (ours were 1 and 9 years of age), but our request to separate our family from other customers was not really honored. 3⭐Servers: Superb! Nice staff, very friendly! 14:56 07/16/21My top 1 samgyeup spot!! 😍Unli samgyeupsal and seafood in one place!!!Awesome wagyu, scallops, tempura, soy garlic chicken and calamares, and sides, rice and iced tea. The food and service is super worth it plus super safe esp that all their employees are fully vaccinated!Super fast af service- as in someone is assigned to your table, super friendly staff who knows how to build rapport with the customers and very polite!Food- SOLID!!!! LAHAT!! AS IN!!! Be prepared for food coma!!Price: super worth it af!!!Will come back here over and over and over again and again!!! 12:24 03/12/21This review for Feb 19, 2021 visit. Honestly a bit nervous upon entering the place because it was jam-packed. If not for area restrictions due to Covid there wouldn't be any problem.Thankful though that the area is spacious and that it has a 2nd floor.The waiters were attentive with the requests but there's a bit of wait from some of the food like the enoki mushroom.Thank God all good for the love of food.It's well worth the wait and money.
