17:35 02/11/23We just had our event here and I should’ve taken the 3.9 rating seriously because our customer experience was bad. First, 3 air conditioners in the event room were not functioning properly and it was hot inside the room, second, there were a lot of mosquitoes all throughout the event. Third, the comfort room inside the event room stinks. Fourth, we asked that the food be ready by 6pm but almost an hour has passed and our food were still incomplete. It's a shophouse of sort so it may be uncomfortable for some when using the toilet which is inside the house. If they read this, I suggest an installation of a new toilet. The open space, the different variety of burgers and the addition of milkshakes and other kinds of comfort food. The buffalo wings is a must also and the most important of them all, it is a budget friendly burger joint!
