Real Customer Reviews at Mango Tree | Bonifacio High Street Central:

mark yu- 23:01 12/03/22
Food: tastes like legit foreign dishes. Service: called a few times and couple weeks in advance and also on the evening of my dinner date to book a table both instances told that they only do walk ins. Upon dinner date, found my guests sitting on a round table good for 6 where as I needed 10. Waiter said other empty tables were already 'reserved' besides the fact they told me over the phone they do not do such. Finally got a long table that will seat all my invited guests. Atmosphere was good, ambience well enough to conduct conversations. Stayed open til late.

Adrian Garcia- 06:22 10/16/22
The place is nice, good ambiance and spacious. We ordered Pad Thai with Soft Shell Crab. It tastes great, but when we have eaten half of it, there’s a small dead cockroach beneath the noodles. We asked the staff to replace the plate and they did, but we haven’t heard any apology or anything that could make us feel better after what happen. The Stir Fried Crab in Curry Sauce is the best that we tried. The Serving time is too long.

Luke Cotterman (L.A.cotterman)- 13:44 08/02/22
I enjoyed every dish. Wonderful flavors! The oysters were steamed in a citrus soup. The stir fryed chicken was delicious. We had a couple of shakes and juices. They were very natural and sarap! The beef curry was well rounded. Only downside is the dishes are expensive but high quality. The restaurant is very beautiful with a serene atmosphere 🤤

Marry Ann Federis- 06:15 02/13/22
I’m not into Thai food. But their food is good and i surprisingly like it. 😅😅😅It’s a bit pricey though. So don’t go here if your pocket is not prepared. 😅Coffee is good also. Ordered it to avoid being sleepy, coz it’s a dinner meeting.Overall, the place is nice, spacious.Don’t know if i will be back here again, so here it goes. 😉😌😌

Maher Barcena- 21:35 01/02/22
Craving for Thai food from all the BL series you've watched? This is the place in the metro. We did a reservation to avoid waiting, the entire menu is great! The place is also well ventilated & the service is good. You can also have loud conversation since the ceiling is high, tables are also far from each other so it feels like you're in a bubble. Book a seat at the circle couch, also ask the waiter what's the chef's recommended if it's your first. Great interiors too!

Kurt Lacanilao- 11:42 03/25/23
Service was Great! Our server was Jones and Maron and everything was smooth sailing. Food didn’t come out all at once but it was delicious! The view was great too! We were at the Outdoor tables! Definitely must try!

Anne Fernando- 13:25 07/21/22
Dined here a few times especially during off-peak hours as it was easier to grab a seat and table. So far, good quality of food has been consistent especially for my favorite dishes:✅️ Unagi don✅️ Seared steak bowl✅️ Panko sushi roll✅️ Salmon huevoIkayaki tasted yummy too but not enough to compensate for the 40-minute wait last time. Pollo saltado donburi is also easy to skip -- nothing special and tastes like normal chicken teriyaki.

LaughingKat- 07:00 06/23/22
First time in this restaurant and it's a famous in BGC, Manila. They serve a nice Japanese foods. However, the ventilation is so bad causing the restaurant smokey and smelly. Our eyes is so uncomfortable and tears keep drop. Unless they fix the ventilation or you manage to get table outside the restaurant.Food: 4 starsEnvironment: 1 starValue for money: 1 star

EJ- 07:49 05/21/22
The food was delicious and would definitely satisfy your cravings for Japanese food.Great tasting mains as well as a lot of sushi rolls to choose from. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and the soft shell crab rolls which were both delicious and filling. However when I tried my friends smoked salmon rolls, both of us weren't a fan as the cream cheese in it was a questionable add on and did nothing to the overall taste of the sushi.Great location in BGC aswell as the contemporary interior of the restaurant. We sat in their outside seating area which had great ambience and added more to the overall dining experience.Overall great food and staff were friendly Would definitely come back and try their other dishes.

ia likes_eats_travels- 00:05 02/12/22
They offer free chips for diners. I ordered spicy tuna roll which unfortunately had very hard crunchy parts that were inedible. I did not expect that and my teeth still hurt because it’s like biting on a rock. The server said spicy tuna roll is the most recommended among their selection but I am not very satisfied. Maybe next time I will try their other sushi options. The restaurant is spacious which is good and they follow the protocol of sitting guests one seat apart. My colleagues ordered their promo for drinks which is 3 drinks for P500. We spent P3500 for sushi, sides, and drinks.Hi Nikkei Nama,I did not expect a response. I’m not sure how to reply to your comment so I’m just editing my review here. My group dined yesterday late afternoon bet 4-6pm 02/11/22. I think the hard bits came from the fried toppings of the tuna sushi roll.

Real Customer Reviews at Murray's New Orleans Jazz Kitchen:

Sharyn- 08:06 12/22/22
Has become our go to bar, great place to people and cat watch. Excellent customer service ( Marvis is a legend and excellent cocktail maker). Food is always good and plenty of it.

Trang Dang- 11:41 03/25/22
Fried chicken is nice, draft beer is nice, vibe is nice. Whatelse you want more for a weekend night out? This is our second times to come here in BGC 🙂

Gilbert O'Sullivan- 19:36 03/01/22
Nice location and ambienceChoice of beers disappointing as only low flavour lager types - no proper craft beersService was un-inspirational which usually points to poor managementWe gave our food order for the blackened salmon salad and it took them about 15 minutes to get back to us to say there was no salmon. Two points -1) no stock indicates cost cutting by trimming the menu but pretending not to by retaining the advertised full range. It's not difficult to maintain stocks of salmon if you are a professional restaurant in BGC2) why did they accept our order then only discover 15 mins later that they could not fulfil?Very poor management. It's normal for crew briefings to highlight any menu unavailability - so orders can be correctly takenInstead we waited 15 mins to discover we had to start againSuch pooooor service and sloppy management. We finished our drinks and left. The owner won't ever see our money again, and doesn't understand 'lifetime customer value'

G Pabellano- 07:20 07/21/19
Nice little place. Went there for lunch, and luckily there weren't a lot of people.Food was great, especially the ribs and the pork belly. They had free food for kids (we got the fish and chips, which was literally a piece of fish and a bunch of dries) due to cross ordering. Rice was also generously served (but I would've preferred mashed potatoes), and their staff was friendly! Also, they offer cross ordering with Claw Daddy's, in case you want other options.Definitely 5 stars.

Anni E- 11:30 05/12/19
Love the food, love the service! They’ve got food for kids and then the New Orleans menu that you can partner with a drink. Really nice that I can sit and chill while the kids are playing outside. It’s pleasant as long as it’s not high foot traffic time. 😊

JM Juayong- 23:40 04/30/23
The buffalo wings (wasn't able to take a picture of it) were in cute size and it was too salty for my taste. I've been told that they made the sauce from scratch that's why it tasted like that. Nachos tasted good and in large portions as well. The drinks were okay but as you can see the ice is 3/4 of the drink. We also ordered Three-meat platter. It was okay but I was expecting more because of the price. The staff are okay but I recommend that they add more.

R- 03:42 11/22/22
Love their foods, drinks and ambience! Combination of delicious food, good drinks and nice interior background. Their services also good. But sometimes it has long queue. So come early before lunch or dinner.

ベニートロキ- 05:01 11/20/22
I think this is a nice restaurant. Wish the prices were more budget friendly, but nonetheless, they serve their best tasting meals which is a good value for money. Overall it is a nice place to eat and relax. It is usually not too busy and we usually get our food in a timely manner.I think good customer service is always a fantastic thing. The Filipino hospitality observed from the front door to dining tables, looking presentable, clean, well spoken and with a smile on their faces will leave all customers pleased. The place is always clean, including their facilities and utensils.Easy to recommend.

Kat C- 05:01 06/21/22
I don’t know why we returned here again - what a mistake. Food is not spectacular and forgettable and it is so undeserving of the menu price. You are better of elsewhere, honestly.

Superb service. Delish food. Nice ambiance. And beautiful alfresco dining area under the trees and lights. :)Friday's will always be one of my go-to places for a sumptuous dinner and dessert! I'm a big mocha mud pie fan for years. Absolutely yum! 😋Thanks Rog, Angel, Ma'am Bern and Ma'am Angel! 🙂

Real Customer Reviews at Soban K-Town Grill 소반 - BGC:

James- 21:26 03/15/23
They don't have unlimited meat but has bottomless drinks and unlimited side dish. Staffs are also nice and friendly. There were not much people when we ate there which made the experience better.

Sam Austin- 13:39 12/16/22
good food but overpriced, their side dishes were in small portions. service is fast, polite crews, spacious dining area but their exhaust is not working well since we can smell the smoke from other table. the air inside is oily and a bit humid.

Ranel Toledo- 09:57 11/03/22
Great value for money. Perfect dinner place for groups, since each person is allocated 330g of meat. Banchan has an interesting mix, but can be better if they have the potatoes in sweet sauce. Tables were kind of crowded since they had a grill one too many. Korean chicken was good. Refills can take a while, but it was a Friday night when we ate so it’s understandable.

Yuan John- 16:29 09/08/22
One of the best Korean restaurants in the area, We were like 5 + 2 kids when we dined it, and thought the servings was not enough, but noh! it was a feast to the point that we took out some of the food. Service was incredibly good as well. They accept all kinds of credit cards. The place itself has parking lot in the basement, we paid roughly 30-50php

Elizabeth Apalla- 14:14 05/13/22
We went there like around 7pm and there was no available table for me and for my friend, so we waited for almost 30mins.The place was nice and the people who serving us are all nice ❤️We ordered their mothers day special promo that costs 1500, which comes with 3 diff meat and flavors, unlimited side dishes. I love the iced tea, so refreshing and not your ordinary iced tea ❤️Cons: not unlimited meat.Mall hours.

Real Customer Reviews at La Pícara Manila:

Dawn Ignacio- 16:57 12/11/22
It's a total package of what good restaurant is all about. Unique menu. Great tropical atmosphere within the metro. At first I thought the serving is too small but then there's so much flavor in every dish. The portion size saves you from the "umay". Overall I was satisfied with this first visit.

Kelvin Leong- 14:53 10/01/22
Good food and great service by the staff even though dinner crowd is super busy for them. Orders took about 15 minutes to be served, but they have a very organized and efficient kitchen.Alfresco and indoor seating available. Pricing is reasonable and food portion is huge too. Nice place to chill with friends and have a drink or two.

Joshua L.- 12:35 09/04/22
Food was really good and unique! The whole atmosphere was really nice too. Each food had some uniqueness to it where it combines different cultures. Some things that could have been improved is hiring more waiters/waitresses. However, service was really good as the waiter said he’ll give one of the appetisers on the house.Food portions were actually smaller than expected though, but that basically means you get to try out a wide variety.

Pia Javellana- 10:17 05/09/22
Always a favorite, whether via delivery or in house. Not a lot of people in today, so after elections immediately went here. Food is immaculate as always but the one thing I noticed today is that their staff is very well-trained. There's only 3 of them catering to more than 5 full tables but we never had to get their attention for water refills or anything. They were quick, attentive and on-point. Great job, guys and gals!

Ritzi Yap- 01:04 05/03/22
The food is excellent although a bit pricey. The ambience is very good. You can see several light decorations on every part of the restaurant. The tables have intricate designs as well as the plates. The bar area has some good lighting and you can see the hanging plants on top and some on other areas. The service was great. The staff was friendly and was able to attend to our orders promptly. The waiting time seems to be a bit long but it's understanable since the place was packed that night. I ordered the beef cheeks with cheese and it was delicious.

Ross S- 06:28 11/13/22
The food and atmosphere presented nicely which is why they are getting a 3 star. The burger tasted like a backyard burger at best with no flavor and the amount of blue cheese on the burger was almost at joking levels. I also found several very hard pieces of tendon in the burger that I had to spit out. The pesto pasta had no flavor other than maybe spinach which is weird as it was a pesto pasta 😂.Definitely would not recommend coming for lunch.. but as we didn’t try the coffee or breakfast felt it was only fair to give a 3 star review as the food was “edible” but not tasty.

Cams Sarzuelo- 08:27 10/18/22
Cocktails and beer were great! Perfect match for all their kitchen menus. Their meals are priced fairly and not to mention, they have such a nice interior ☺️

d. b.- 09:46 07/10/22
I ordered the pesto shrimp pasta. The serving was hefty. I could taste the parmesan cheese. The dish also comes with two bread pieces. I love pesto pasta but I didn't the like the taste of their pesto that much when I ordered it. However, when I had the dish taken out so I could eat it the next day, it was more flavorful and up to my liking.

Food is great, coffee was superb. big servings for its price, worth every peso.a must visit in the area.Taste 10/10Quality 10/10Service 9/10Ambiance 8/10Price 10/10only 2 complaints1. their toilet, ill rate it 4/10, we visited 7am in the morning and their toilet looks like it was visited by 1000pax. literally wet floor, dirty sink and bowl.2. A server (boy a little bit tall and well built) , a lone server is rude not only to us but to other tables as well, didnt catch his name. But the 2 other servers, a small chubby guy and a lady was super nice and attentive. could have been 10.

Mike Taveirne- 02:25 04/11/22
good americano and nice big breakfast (the s.o. breakfast). all pretty tasty. hours say opens at 7 but weren't really ready until 15 or so past. actually went by later to try dinner, but no place clear to sit. somewhat busy but still, looked like multiple places i might have been able to sit normally, but they were left with uncleared dishes and such from prior diners at this table, that bench, that table, etc. maybe understaffed. perhaps a dinner another time. edit: came back another day and tried the burger (the s.o. burger) - was good, a solid patty in particular, very tasty.

Joe Dominguez- 08:46 02/28/23
The interior here feels lighter than the one in greenbelt. The place was also very quiet for Saturday brunch. The manager who served us gave the best Saturday morning energy. She let us order from the Breakfast menu even though breakfast was ending in 15 mins and was polite to tell us when items weren’t available. As usual, the coffee was amazing. Although the Salmon Tuyo was a bit more salty than we recalled, it was still great. The Greek Breakfast was also so good.

Ralph Dominic Ceniza- 17:11 01/29/23
Organic food for a cost. This place has a menu that touts everything being all organic. It has options for vegans, those on keto diets, allergic people, and other things you can think of. The food that we got tasted great but is admittedly very costly for what it is. Still, it was a great experience dining here.

Adi Forgang- 12:17 01/07/23
Best restaurant we ate in Manila. The food is amazing and the vibe and the staff are great. We really liked the kids menu, the variety of shakes and the special home blend coffee. Highly recommend, the prices are good and we'll worth it.

I was amazed by the fact that there is a tree in the middle of restaurant. It gives a feeling of nature, it relaxes and makes the place a really pleasant place to dine in.Food was very tasty, wholesome juice was a good surprise. Good place for vegetarians as well. Service was fast.Recommended.

It was quite busy and packed when we came, but it was worth the wait. Ambiance is cozy, staff were warm and friendly. Fairly priced and delicious foods ❤️. Lasagna, nutty garlic pasta and jerk chicken are a must-try 🤤 a great place to go too indeed! Will surely come again

The service was bad, I ordered 3 frozen daiquiris and two of them took a long time to come and came half melted. The food was terrible, I ordered the hickory ribs and received sliced pork smothered in cheap bbq sauce.Overall the experience was a disappointment and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Evita Daan- 15:33 11/03/22
They have indoor and outdoor dinning for everyone's preference. This is primarily a Filipino restaurant. Nothing extra ordinary on the taste of the food. Every meal is good for sharing. They also have liquors and desserts. The service is good, the place is clean and the staff are kind. The restaurant is located at the second floor of the building.

Mike Carmona- 14:21 10/03/22
Resto vibe is ideal for business or adult gatherings, service was good. Food was just okay, not worth its price. Lumpiang sariwa and fried tilapia was our fave, calderata was average. Cafe Remedios is still the best among LJC restaurants.

Weston Hood- 01:19 01/06/20
Yeah so at first glance of the menu I hated this place because it screams total chain restaurant. Which it is. But they seem to like to draw attention within their menu item descriptions that the meal was made popular at Abe’s or Fely J’s, or you know, stuff like that. But the food is actually good, it’s not chainy, it is legit. I do recommend this place.

N8s Obregon- 13:17 11/26/19
Nice ambience and friendly staff. It's a good dining option when you are in BGC. Food is good although a bit on the pricey side. Tables are relatively apart to give guests some personal space. Parking is not a problem as there are several parking lots/building within the vicinity.

Real Customer Reviews at Ooma:

Cham ZJ- 07:54 12/14/22
Dear The Moment Group,My family and I love your chain of restaurants; from Manam to Din Tai Fung, and Ooma. We even bought a Moment Card. Your branches in SM Fairview and Megamall have great service but this particular OOMA branch in BGC is the WORST.57 minutes waiting time for everything to be served.YES.57 minutes!I decided to bring my friends here for a get together. I confidently chose Ooma kasi alam ko hindi ako mapapahiya sa pagkain. Hindi nga ako napahiya sa food, pero sa waiting time naman ako nadale. We ordered the following:✔️ Tori Karaage✔️ Ebi Tempura✔️ Hanger Steak✔️ Oyakodon✔️ Cheese Katsu Curry Don✔️ Mochi & Matcha CheesecakeThe Karaage arrived 23 minutes after our order was taken. After 10 minutes, some of the food arrived. I had to make numerous follow-ups and after a total of 45 minutes of waiting, we still don't have our complete order. They told me to wait 3 minutes more for the Cheese Katsu Curry Don, but it arrived after 10 minutes+. 57 minutes after the order was taken, our food was complete. My bad, maybe I should have asked how long the waiting time was. The lady who took our order did not give us a heads up too so we thought all is well.In fairness, the food is really good. Due to the long waiting time, everything went cold. Before the last meal was served, we decided to go ahead and eat.I don't know what went wrong. Kulang ba sa staff or management issue? I've read some of the reviews here and it looks like some had long waiting times as well.I have never experienced waiting for almost an hour for my whole order to be served. Plus another 25 minutes for the cheesecake, wow. The long wait time is really not the main issue here because other restos have busy times too. But maybe you could have changed the whole experience if you have just set the right expectations and have better customer service. Don't leave your customers hanging.

Food was pretty good, I'd come back to have good japanese food but service was terrible, the servers are always in a hurry to do something else and don't even look at the customers and don't let them finish speaking. Service was very slow and the manager was eating with some people instead of managing the place. I had to go to the cashier myself to pay for the bill and the one handling the machine just looked at me and took my card from me without even asking me if she could take it or what I was doing there.Atmosphere was sorta okay.

We went there on a Friday night, a day after the salary, so we expected there would be a lot of people. And boy oh boy, there were heaps.Even though there were a lot of people, surprisingly, our orders arrived quickly. So we had several dishes, as seen in the picture, and they all arrived fairly quickly. The food! The crowd favorite - this was a blast. We also ordered several wraps which were already on this plate and we all loved it. The texture was good, the taste was great and if I wasn't too conscious of the rice intake, I'd eat more!Hanger Steak - this was the best! The beef was soft, thinly sliced and was very delicious. The cheese was also amazing. And when you combine the cheese, potato slice and the beef - just amazing! The Tempura - I'm sorry but I'm not a fan. Not only did this one come in late, but the breading didn't taste good. It would have been okay probably if when I had my first bite I also had a bite of the shrimp but no. First bite, all breading. I'm also not a fan of the soy sauce for this one.I think the way they cook the Tempura is the same for all the branches because it was the same experience in Makati.Overall, this place was amazing, see I still gave it a 5 star. If you want to come here, come in early. If you arrive at 6 pm, good luck.

The food is quite delicious. I recommend tofu and rice bowls. The miso soup is a bit salty to me, but the whole thing is delicious, and the merchant has actually checked the vaccine card, which is good.

Giving this branch 2 stars. It should’ve been 1 but the waitress apologized and admitted that they forgot to make our order. The place isn’t full, there were only 4-5 tables present to serve, so a 45 min waiting time for our food is unacceptable (which later we found out they really forgot to take note of our order). One contributing reason for this bad service could be their awefully LOUD music inside. Not sure but that could be a reason. I was able to record it hoping to add it in this review but apparently I can only add photos. The food was good though (maybe because of the 45 minute wait). So all in all, I wouldn’t recommend this branch. I hope management get to read this. Would help them improve a lot in their service too.

We ordered🧇Chicken and Waffle - This dish gets a twist from the waffles. It resembled a croissant and was buttery and crispy.🥟Fried Truffle Cheese Wanton is my personal favorite. You should try this one.🧀 Mac and cheese, the sauce is okay. I would have enjoyed if the pasta was not undercooked. They gave us free cake. Thank you.🍰⭐️ Great Customer Service🚗 Pay Parking at Mall Basement♿️ PWD accessible🚻 Male, Female and PWD toilet inside the mall. It's clean.👌

Nono’s, particularly the BGC branch, is ideal for breakfast. The restaurant has an area with floor to ceiling french windows and a skylight/roof window with a translucent tint. A good touch to let in just the right amount of natural light. We ordered the chicken burger, truffle chips, and lemon-salmon pasta. All were good. I liked the pasta most, but the price points are a bit high.

Main highlights were the fried truffle cheese wontons and slice of chocolate oblivion. I always get these two in any Nono's branch because these are the items that I found to have consistent good taste.Didn't like the roasted beef belly though as it had too much fat (more than the usual). Squash soup was watery and tasted bland while French onion soup tasted better. However, we didn't like how the sourdough was placed inside the soup as this resulted to very soggy texture.Staff was nice though and quite attentive to customers.

Nice ambience with friendly service.Crispy chicken sandwich : chicken was well seasoned and nicely fried. It's very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However the fries were over fried. They were very hard till the folk can't get through.Shrimp El Diablo : it was disappointing. I think they use frozen prawns instead of fresh shrimp and the pasta was under cooked.

People are amiable and accommodating.I had two kinds of coffee in 2 hours of stay! Imagine. I tried Gibraltar and flat white coffee, and both are delicious. The cakes were good too! They even made us taste their latest cake on the menu for free! I forgot how it'd be called see on the photos, the white meringue. Who wouldn't love that?Overall it was a delight to experience.Just a little too pricey for others.
