17:26 10/08/22My family brought me here since it’s been awhile I had gone to a Filipino native restaurant. The service was really slow. The location is perfect and the food were really good. Too bad, at that time when we went there, they were offline so we have to pay in cash. Who brings cash these days.. it was a hassle so, I gave it a 3/5. Nikka Cris-
07:31 06/26/22Love their food! Generous servings, affordable food, and great service. They respond fast thru their telephone number and messenger. Has a spacious parking lot. Nice view from the dining place especially near the deck. Celebrated my grand ma's bday here last year, we were allowed to bring cake. Recommended for big parties and events. Mj Roses-
12:06 06/12/22We ate here last April, food is good. Fairly priced considering the generous servings. Also loved the nice sea view. Plenty of parking space and seat. They also accept card payment.

23:51 02/12/23Dad got the fish with garlic rice on side and I ordered the seafood noodle with ATA (hence the cool black color!). Soooo good- we are going back again tonight, if our plans allow. Great service too! I loved how the waiter ordered our drinks and then came back to order food. He had great recommendations for beer and for seafood dishes as well. I also appreciated him confirming our order and making sure it was okay that it would take 20 minutes to cook. Setting expectations is awesome. Great communication and great food! Well priced. Looked like it would be a great place for larger family events too. 5/5 stars! Delicious / SeanTv션티비-
12:51 12/14/22I rented a car. The rental man recommended here for dinner. I could get here easily with google map though hard road for driving btw I super strongly recommend you to visit here if you want to try traditional Philipino food. My family and I didn’t know how time of eating flies so fast. I am sure to say this restaurant is the No 1 Philipino food restaurant in bohol. I love here and the handsome staff called Jade was really kind. Thank you for giving us a good memory 🙂 Faye Dj-

They also have tissue provided.Overall experience is great! All the time! Jay Alacida-
02:00 07/29/22Gerarda's Place is the best to go for Filipino Cuisine experience. We had seafood lunch over with my friend from Cebu and we did not regret coming here! I really love the their crabs and shrimp gambas! The service was excellent, the crew were very attentive and they even assisted me when an unexpected issue on my card took place. Overall, this is a perfect place for family, friends and large group of people to dine in. They have air-conditioned rooms too which i love especially during hot afternoon. 12:49 03/04/23Was craving for a good ramen and they didn't have it available. I had a great time having a bowl of ramen the last time I visited this restaurant. With that I was forced to order something else so I ordered a bowl of their Smoque salad and I thought it's only good for one but to my surprise it's a lot for me but I was able to eat half of it as I think it's good for 2. Also ordered Lengua which I thought was a make or break since I am quite picky when it comes to that dish and they did not disappoint. It's by far one of the best if not the best I've tried in my lifetime. Highly recommend it! Toi Bornas (Toi)-
11:11 08/20/22Was looking for a place to have lunch and we were recommended to this place. The place looks very modern and has that industrial experience going on.Anyway, the staff were very attentive and efficient. We ordered the calamari, pork belly, chicken parmigiano, dragon fruit juice and watermelon shake. While waiting, we were served a complimentary bread with garlic butter. It was really good. The bread was warm and the garlic butter was its perfect partner. The drinks arrived first. They were pretty and sweet.Next was the calamari. It was a pleasant surprise that it was paired with a spicy suka. It was good. The breading was light, and the squid was soft, chewy and just fresh. We also liked that the head of the squid was included. Now the pork belly. It looked pretty. However, I got confused about the taste. There was a lot of things going on. I actually forgot that I was eating pork because it got buried in all the dressing and jus.The chicken parmigiano was so rich and overwhelming that we easily tired of the taste. The slaw did nothing to cut its richness. We wished there was some acidity there that would have cleaned our palate and balanced all that richness. Nikka Cris-
09:55 05/18/22Scrumptious foods. Their cakes are the best! Prices range from around 200-1k depending on the dishes ordered. Open for dine in from 11am-2pm & 5:30pm-8pm. Open for reservations, pre-order, and deliveries. Wide parking spaces in front. Location is a bit far from the city proper, but is accessible by public transpo. Excellent customer service by the staff. They'll immediately refill your glass of water even when it's just half empty. Replies fast on messenger too. Highly recommended 👌 Jay Alacida-
23:58 02/24/22Smoque bistro is one of a kind experience around Tagbilaran City. They offer fine dining service and of course their menu is on the grid. Although its a bit pricy but you are paying good service. We came by for a dinner with our Unit Manager and family. We enjoyed the steak, the chicken and premium meats. Coleslaw and salad were pretty good. We loved the wine from France served to us, the staff were accommodating as well. In summary, we had nice experience. They are currently closing at 8:30PM. Best time to come is around 5PM. I only got one photo though, since we arrived by 7PM. Scarlett Liguton-
10:40 02/15/22Everyone seems to comment on the price but one thing I'll say is that the price matches the taste & service. This restaurant was also one of the few places I visited that actually seemed to take covid protocols seriously. With a hand washing station outside, temperature check then sanitizer again after all of that just to get in haha, but I appreciate the attention to detail. That attention doesn't stop there. Their wait staff are very attentive & service is provided accordingly. Water provided after you sit, plates & cutlery provided, napkins, and waiters occasionally check in on how you're doing & are on standby and easy to get their attention when needed. My review is only based on my initial, first time visit. We had cocktails, calamari, fries, and a strawberry creme brulee cake. Everything was delicious. I'd love to come back and taste more of their menu, as we had a very pleasant experience.

12:45 01/10/21Service is great! The servers has good initiative. Food is pricey and food quantity is small. They dont have much in their menu. Taste is not that distinctive but i think the pay i had here that became reasonable is the view and the architectural design. HariHaran Amuthamozhi Venkatachalam-
12:23 01/24/19Good Food - Cozy . The View is totally worth it 🤩. But their pizzas are garbage 😑 we tried Margarita it sucked to hell 😂 Guessing their other pizzas would be Garbage too but the Continental and the Filipino dishes and Desserts were all good Carol Chang-
11:00 11/01/18Deep fried seafood platter is good, but grilled prawns and red snapper with bacon was under cooked . Ask for redo, but same dish been brought back in 5 minuets, means microwave only . 07:18 03/30/23The food is good and delicious, but the service is poor. It took 40minutes for us to wait our 3 dishes order before it was served.Even if they have a lot of staffs. And there were only 4 tables customers including us,so I can imagine how much more if it's full. Rick Bartel-
08:49 03/04/23The food and ambiance are great...however I do not like the menu here! If you are a group or a family, it is fine...but I am a single man and there is NOTHING on the entire menu for one person! I was forced to order large platters of food that are impossible for one person to eat! The owners are restricting their customers by not allowing small orders for one or two people!Plus there is only street parking!I would not return here because I would be forced to purchase more food than I can eat by myself... 07:37 03/18/22Food's great here. We loved almost every bit of it except for its leche flan which tasted more of a candy than the egg-y taste of a flan. Nevertheless the fish fillet, the garlic chicken, its bam-i pancit are all delicious. Even the corn soup and sinigang na hipon are both scrumptious. The servings are big too so the price is just all worth it. We ordered here their meal plan for 10 pax but we got to bring home some more food. 🙂 Jeff Harris-
11:11 03/07/19This is a really nice Philippino restaurant. Prices are good my meal was ₱355. Service is really good with professional staff who are very nice. Serve lunch and dinner. Food was great, I had the Garlic Chicken with rice.. Atmosphere is very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back soon. cristina howard-
13:15 11/17/18It’s truly a family restaurant because the food is intended for sharing. But since I traveled alone, I ordered only one dish which was Dinakdakan. First, I thought it would taste weird but turned out it was nice and tasty. It’s recommended by the staff when I asked. So no regret at all. And when the music plays, staffs start dancing to entertain the customers. Marlon Quimno-
11:16 08/23/18Honestly, i didn’t expect the ambiance that is so better. Its cozy and affluent, but the food is affordable and delicious. Almost all tables are set for big group such as for family and friends. Staff are courteous and able. Highly recommended restaurant when you are in Bohol. Cash & card are accepted. Jean Figues-
11:04 07/23/18Everything seemed alright except for the very noisy environment. There was a family celebration happening in the other tables and they were very noisy. I understand it was not the restaurant's fault but their music added to the noise pollution.Air conditioning was great, it was super hot outside and it felt good to be freshened up inside. Food was good except that I had high expectations with their kinilaw but it didn't have coconut milk in it. Serving was fast though, I believe it didn't take 10 minutes.Ambiance wise, its very homey with the dark painted furniture and the vintage miniature vehicle displays at the sides. Staffs were very active and accommodating but they had a tendency of not smiling back.Overall, I was satisfied but they can perhaps improve with that.

04:05 10/24/22This place is a beautiful little road side cafe of sorts. Definitely instagramable. 09:56 08/21/22Went here kind of late to fulfill that sweet cravings and we were the only customers around. The place really looks cool and hip.Anyway, we got the mango crepe and mango shake. Just full on mango test-tasting.First off, the crepe looked amazing. Served on an black slab, the ripe mango just stands out. Now the taste. The mango does stand out, as it should, because it was perfectly ripe. The mango shake was cool and the sweetness of the mango was just refreshing. It was a perfect cool sweet drink to end the our day after whole-day power interruption.Highly recommended! Joy Tang-
12:08 05/27/22A little cosy restaurant opposite the motado strip and Modala Beach Resort. We had nachos, paella and the kebab and they were all decent tasting. Drinks were alright but food tasted good. When serving the food the kebab fell off the plate to a serving tray for a moment, while we were fine with it will recommend to replace it for other patrons as the tray didn’t look as clean as the plate it came in.Overall nice vibes and will come back for dinner again when I drop by the area.

05:53 03/30/23One of the cleanest restaurants in tagbilaran. Tourists dont have to worry about having tummy problems unless you order pizza despite being lactose intolerant. Apart from that, their pizzas are top quality. for your reference, al fresco is comparable to some other highly recommended pizzarias in bohol such as toto epepino, giussepe, la tavola and sicily. 06:49 12/30/22Nice open air place to relax. Very quiet there compared to all the noisy places in tagbilaran. sometimes it happened already that i stayed there the whole day. A lot of philippino and foreign locals have chosen Al Fresco as their regular place to meet friends and to eat italian food.Very good pizza, very good italian food, and very good drinks. And the best : they didnt rise the prices, or only a very little, compared to other restaurants around. The eatings is absolutely worth the price !Nice and helpful staff, and it s interesting to talk to the italian owner and his wife. This place is a blessing for Tagbilaran, really ! Michie Likey-

11:28 12/27/22Found this place by chance as we were staying on the same road, but definitely recommend a visit if you are in Tagbilaran and want something different to Filipino food. Service was warm and friendly and we felt comfortable despite sharing a very small space with the staff. They really know how to cook these dishes properly. Gustavo Thury Lopes-

13:09 07/17/22Food choices were limited but their recommendation, which was Buta Don, was tasty. It was surprisingly sumptuous given that I didn’t expect it to taste that good. The diner was pretty small but it’s absolutely perfect for people who avoid crowds. It could only serve 7 to 8 people due to the limited seats.Location is alright given it’s in Tagbilaran City.I went there with my colleague, Glen, and we both had a few other food selections to try. Will go back to try the rest.

11:52 04/02/23food was absolutely fantastic and good for value! The portion was big, seasoning on point and the best paella I have had since traveling to Spain. Want to applaud the service as well, super friendly and attentive! Only small complaints are that the table is a bit small, so when you have multiple dishes, things would need a lot of shuffling around to be placed on the table. Also, it's a little warm considering the AC was on as well. Overall though would totally recommend for a good night out.
