12:15 03/26/23Had an odd craving for ribs this evening and remembered I tried this place back in 2015 and enjoyed it. I've never really liked ribs as I find it sticky. I was really glad to find that they have a dry rub variant: crispy cajun ribs. That was really good. My companion ordered the raki's bbq ribs which was also good up to a certain point. This meal hit the spot so I'll come back next time I have a rib craving. Tito Roxas-
10:31 08/16/22place is okay. not enough parking space. service is also okay. ribs taste is simply okay. a bit bland but very tender. Mariz Damagan-

10:52 04/30/23Thank you for giving me a flavorful meal to enjoy. It’s been a while since I’ve tasted such a delicacy. I’m grateful for the chance to taste your meal. Thank you for the honor. I wish I could have some to take home though. Elaine De Los Santos-
11:22 03/10/23Fourth Locavore branch I have dined in. I ordered pork chop silog, which I think can be shared by two persons. The salted egg gabi chips were as delectable and rich as ever. A perfect pair to my virgin mojito. I went here around 4pm, which was a good time. I was the only customer so the service was pretty fast. Jeevan-
08:54 02/21/23We visited here for lunch, its easy to miss this place if you do not exactly know it. We ordered the salted eggs chips which were an outworldly experience. Their chicken was amazingly succulent and delicious. We liked the tofu with pork and we did not really like their rendition of Kalderatta. Service was very casual. Recommend everyone to try this out if you are in and around the Pasig area. We will be eating here again. Anthony Angeles-
05:17 01/14/23Treated my team here for our year-end lunch. The food was undeniably good! But the service needs to improve parity with the price of their menu. The incident:*Reservation via social media platforms and Viber was a little hard. They reply with some delays*We arrived at the place around 11 am as agreed during rescheduling. However, they were surprised and insisted our reservation was at the original 4 pm - we insisted!*The place was booked for a private event at around 2 pm and the place was TOO LOUD because they are practicing the DRUMS! We requested a little silence because we can’t hear each other and enjoy the food we are eating (Why accept reservations if you are booked for a private function!?)*Service is bad because of course they can’t hear us calling them!*Late post. 02:20 09/27/22Locavore. Uniquely affordable Filipino food that will make you full and crave for more. Full of flavors, all the dishes would need to be paired with rice. Always a good place to eat comfort food. Go at odd times though because it's almost always fully booked. Or you may also make reservations in advance

02:17 03/23/23The design of the restaurant is also IG-worthy because of its indonesian style it looks like an old house that is renovated to be a restaurant, Food was served fast and tasted real good although a bit spicy as expected of Indo cuisines. Everything we ordered from the menu was good, the Rendang and Satay are flavorful and have really tender meat. The staff is very attentive and did everything to make us comfortable. Will be coming back for more Indonesian food. Dianne Gail-
08:36 02/12/23First time trying Indonesian food. The Sate Ayam is a must try the peanut sauce was really good. Gorengan Platter was great especially the sauce! Nasi Goreng rice has that smoky flavor! We tried other chicken dishes but it was just so-so. For the dessert the cheese flavored Martabak Tripis is super crunchy and thin! I didn't like the chocolate flavored one it tasted like powdered chocolate. The place was spacious and the staff are knowledgeable as well as approachable and they were accomodating with my sister's allegry. 12:46 12/16/22Finally I found Indonesia cuisine restaurant here in Manila.I saw so many positive review for this restaurant in Youtube, so I came with high expectation. The taste is really good!!So many choices and taste authentic, the waitress friendly and helpful. They also sell sambal, serundeng, and kecap manis. The owner is very friendly, talking and serving customers politely!I definitely recommend this restaurant and will bring more friends to come here.Note: it’s not really easy to find taxi around this area, I suggest to have your own ride. 22:48 09/22/22Finally able to try this Indonesian restaurant that a lot of my friends are talking about. I like the homey ambiance of the place. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient. They suggested dishes from the menu which is very rare now for restaurant staff. We were even greeted by the owner tita Louh and she sat with us for a time. All the food we ordered are delicious and brought memories of my stay in Jakarta many years ago. Will definitely go back!

13:07 12/08/22Accidentally went here bec full parking na ang gusto namin kainan. Thankfully, nag full parking na because the food here was all, WORTH IT 🥰 enjoyed everything from appetizer to dessert. Can't say i have a favorite, because everything was a 10 for me! 😌 even the staff were warm and welcoming. Great place, only thing to comment on is the physical menu, perhaps it'd be better to upgrade to a laminated and newly printed one. 😊 Aprille-
15:00 12/03/22We tried this place because of the good reviews we've seen.So here's our verdict per menu. The nacho's was great, especially the grilled beef on it ( i wish there was more) i was almost confused, which tastes better if the silantro or their's but I guess silantro still is better because of their special sauce. The soup was also okay. You can taste the truffle oil and some mushroom pieces but not something i would order again. Then came the paella negra, so they ran out of mussels that day and replaced them with squid rings. The paella was also great, best paired with the seafood meat on it, and the portions are large too, so even though we ordered the medium, we still couldn't finish it.Then lastly, the steak pasta. The steak was really good (we devoured it, haha). However, as much as the steak was enjoyable, we dont understand how the pasta would complement it. So we ended up not eating the pasta at all.Overall, the service is great, and the staff are very attentive. The location and place are also very cozy and not super crowded when we visited, which I liked.Pricing, though, is on the expensive side, but i think it's because they have large portioning, which makes it reasonable. Lester Nitor-
10:42 10/16/22Food is great! We liked the nachos as the appetizer, best food experience for the Tacos Street platter as the sauces and sides are separated and we can assemble our own tacos as we want, food servings are good for 2-3 people, a bit pricey but really worth it. Sangria is a bit on strong side. All in all, dining here is great, you can also see the kitchen near the bar table, staffs are attentive enough to fill your glass of water and kind enough to explain the dish when you ask. 14:16 10/02/22The food is okay, the server is accommodating and provides information when you have inquiries. Unfortunately, when we visited to drink some beer for a night out their closing is 9:00PM which is very early so we dont have choice but to go and transfer to another place to continue our bonding. 00:26 06/27/22Food was rich and full of flavor. Ribs were ok. Calamares and salpicao were just ok. Paella, sisig, pizza and nachos were great! Cozy place. Reasonable prices. Will definitely come back. Parking is a concern.

03:14 04/05/23Ordered the poutine, and at Jamie's kebab we ordered hummus, a stick of salmon, extra pita bread, and beef keema with buttered rice.I think the stick of salmon was really expensive for 140php? And it tastes like salmon that you get from a can. Also the poutine tasted somehow sour? and it costs 220php I think that's too expensive for fries with sour gravy. Elaine De Los Santos-
18:27 02/04/23Real comfort food vibes! The bacon grilled cheese was toasty and gooey and perfect with the hearty, creamy, warm tomato soup. You must dip the sandwich in the soup to get what I mean. The chicken fingers were OK. I think the dips should be less sweet — I suggest something creamy and tangy like tartar or honey mustard. The fries was super crispy and well seasoned. The place is perfect for barkada get-togethers (although alcoholic beverages were not available during my visit). Service was fast and servers were attentive. solihiya (Solihiya)-
07:26 10/19/22Been dining here since prior to the pandemic. They've changed the interiors quite a bit, along with the mural. There are around five or so slots for parking and it always gets filled up. There's a designated smoking area, too, in case you vape or smoke.Food is pretty good. They have good buttermilk fried chicken and poutines; these pair pretty well. Hazelyn Evangelista-
14:08 06/24/22Bang for the buck! Delicious food for a affordable price. I really love their Spaghetti and Meatballs. Definitely, one of those restaurants na babalik balikan. ❤️ Marry Ann Federis-
08:42 01/11/225 star for their hoisin ribs. Melts in your mouth. The caramelized burger is ok. But too much cheese overpowers the taste.Nachos tortillas are thin. The cheese and sourcream is runny than usual. For the pesto pasta, you have to mix the lemon well to blend with its creaminess. The cream is a bit sweet by the way. Not good for someone who doesn’t like sweets, like me.The place is spaceous, with parking!Staff accomodate us well. I don’t know if they are like that even if they have lots of customers. Coz we are the only guests when we eat here.

07:19 02/11/23The place is decorated like a museum. From the facade it doesn’t seem like the restaurant is offering much experience, but once you enter it, you will be transported to a place of sensory overload. The crowd are usually business people to dating old couples to history junkies. The food? Pure deliciousness! Here’s a pork sisig that still sizzles when served. The egg and mayo did not overwhelm the pork and I thoroughly enjoyed the burnt bits. The molo soup was good and fresh, but a bit pricey for the serving size. For drinks, I ordered guyabano shake, which did not taste artificial or powdered. The dessert was a melody of contrasting flavors. The cassava cake was warm and gooey and drizzled with not-too-sweet coconut caramel sauce and topped with salty grated cheese. The servers were quick on their toes and attentive to customers. 02:03 12/20/22Your all time Filipino faves are the specialties of Cafe Juanita! From kare-kare, lengua estofado and crispy pata are their top recommendations. 01:36 05/10/23We stumbled upon Smile Elephant while searching for food around the Kapitolyo area. We didn't even know it was so near to our condo and we were so glad we found an authentic Thai restaurant near our area!! The food was delicious! We loved their pork satay and their tom yung soup was really good!! It was full of shrimps and was very flavorful! It easily fed a group of 4! Their best sellers would be their fried spare ribs and their bangkok rice and their crab rice! We had to order another set of their flavor rice dishes because it was so rich and flavorful! We also had their sweet and spicy fish fillet! It was so crunchy on the outside but soft and moist inside! My wife and I partnered it with their Chang Beer which was a refreshing drink with all our spice filled food! We actually had 4 cans! Food tastes aside, the only downer here was it felt they wanted us to leave because it was closing time. They took our plates and placed the bill on our table even though we still didn't want to leave yet. I will let it slide this time. Will we comeback! For sure that is! We love the food! But hopefully we get a little bit more courtesy next time we visit! 😉👍 David Loanzon-

03:42 03/15/22The best Thai food in Pasig and arguably in the Metro. This place gets plus points for being a gem in Kapitolyo and even more so for their excellent service and super helpful staff. The food is great and would recommend their Pad Thai (though I wished it were more spicy), the Fish Fillet in Mango Sauce, Thai Grilled Chicken, and Thai Spring Rolls.Great tip too if you're ordering for a big group, they allow you to give your own containers or platters for pick-up.

17:53 05/08/23Everything I ordered here was good. From the dalandan shake to the main entrée and the dessert, the flavors and visuals were appetizing. I had Haru Ramen which was like a fusion of bulalo and imbao. A real surf and turf treat! The dalandan shake was really refreshing and not too sweet. The pistachio sans rival had the perfect meringue and buttercream frosting ratio. The place was ornately decorated and the staff were very professional and polite. Jo Janette De La Calzada-
02:42 03/05/23Haru restaurant brings a homely ambience to your dining. Service is also excellent. We arrive around 1 pm, not knowing they closed at 2. I found the salmon skin a bit salty but my husband loved it. Excellent restaurant! Eric TW-

09:57 08/21/19Parking, front of the restaurant. Probably 6 or 7 vehicles at a time. I'm not sure if they'll let you park at Cafe Juanita or Irving's since they have the same owner. There is an attendant who will help you in and out of your slot. The place has great Japanese themed decor. I snapped a couple of pictures but they are just a small fraction of what they have. Even the staff wore traditional Japanese clothes. The staff are fast and accommodating. They are alert to the customer's needs. The kitchen is also fast. There was no wait between appetizers and main course. Food was great, no complaints. Their menu is rather extensive so it'll take me several visits before I can try them all.

Elaine De Los Santos-
07:44 03/02/23The quintessential Kapitolyo diner. My favorite breakfast place that made me fall in love with this neighbourhood. I love the “create your own” breakfast concept. You can mix and match dishes to your liking; you are not confined to typical silog set meals. My favorite is tuyo flakes with kesong puti. I can pair it with anything (e.g., rice, sandwiches, omelettes) or papak it as it is. The spamdesal is the perfect breakfast slider. It’s a complete meal. I like that they drizzle their signature pesto dressing in just about everything. Kapeng Kano is my favorite bev, but their own iced tea blend comes very close second. The place has a low-profile, non-intimidating vibe. The staff (including manong guard) are always polite and friendly. You’ve never been to Kapitolyo unless you’ve visited Kanto Freestyle. 05:16 08/21/22Dined at this location recently for breakfast. The restaurant has a decent sized dining area and a nice ambiance. The menu was vast. I ordered the crispy corned beef while the others ordered the New Zealand beef option and it tasted good. Area is nice and quiet around Kapitolyo and the menu items are priced well being a good place for cheap eats!

17:56 02/04/23They know their cured meats very well. The bacon slab pieces on top of the blue cheese pasta complement the creaminess and tanginess of the sauce. The saltiness of the wagyu pastrami was just right and cut through the doughiness of the bread and the freshness of the veggies. I must note though that the ingredients were not stacked properly and slipped off with each bite. The sans rival was just OK — the butter frosting was a tad too thick. The staff-recommended Citrus Delight was the perfect palate cleanser. The dining area was quite small and a bit dark, which made the place feel a bit more cozy. Service was fast and staff were courteous. Nestor PRECIOSO-
12:43 11/06/21Nice and quiet place in Kapitolyo to satisfy your sausage/charcuterie cravings. The chicken Nurnberger sausage is DELI-cious, while the Spanish callos is full of flavor (be sure to order rice separately as it is not included). The Blackout chocolate cake deserves its ranking as one of the top chocolate cakes in the metro. Belle Tu-

14:07 02/10/19Really quaint place that serves great food. If I were to nit-pick, the Gambas al Ajillo at Casa Armas is still better and the Aglio Olio at Amici trumps the one served here. However, taking into consideration the full experience, this is definitely a place worth going to again and again. Kudos for the ambiance as it has a very classy yet homey feel. Sharon Villanueva-
12:49 10/26/18This is a great place to hang out or chill after work & on weekends. Their small private room was just right for our mini reunion. We had overflowing wine and was thankful that the Deli mgt tolerated our loud boisterous laughs and stories of past & present. The ambiance was perfect and made up for their so-so dishes. The servers were patient with serving almost 20 “titas” and all in all the experience was amazing.
