00:44 10/18/22The location is very easy to access right in the middle of Lipa with Parking available at the front and down the side.It is a quirky design with a modern feel with a mixture of seating options including an indoor space.It is popular with young people and acts as a popular bar area. With security on the main door it gives a positive impression.The menu prices are fair but the food quality could be better especially in relation to what it states on the menu and the actual food itself.The local dishes seem to be better tgan the international options.The Devil burger was dry with 2 patties.The bread seemed home made and disintegrated, mKing it messy to eat.It as a yummy yummy dressing thus is very like salad cream but is not very evident.The fries are OK and you get a small pot of ketchup.The soecial spicy fries with Cilli con carne - were not special and could do with more flavouring.Would i visit again? The street we were entering had a lot of pot holes.There is plenty of parking when you get there so no worries on that. It was a relatively nice place, kid friendly, wheelchair accessible, very clean and ambient restroom and the kubo area was nice. We ordered the Seafood Platter, Fiesta Meal C, Buttered Chicken (whole), Kilawing Tanigue and the Batangas Bulalo, all were noteworthy for different things. The Bulalo was tender and the soup soul filling. The Crispy Pata and the Beef Kare Kare both of which were a part of the Fiesta Meal C was good. The Kare Kare was creamy, the beef was tender. The Crispy Pata was also fall off the bone tender. The Leche flan (also a part of the Fiesta Meal C) was also good. Fiesta Meal C also includes 2 Pitchers of Iced Tea. Iced tea was also good, not overly sweet. It wasnt bombarded with sugar and you can taste the lemon in it so thats good. It was also my first time trying Kilawin so i was pleasantly surprised when what i thought would be fishy did not have any fishiness at all. It tasted clean and fresh, my mom found it quite spicy though. I didnt, still its nothing you cant handle. The service of the crew were also note worthy and fast. Note that this is the Lipa branch/crew im talkimg about. I cant say the same for the Batangas City branch as i havent gone there yet.All in all, we would definitely come back for more and this restaurant would be one id recommend for anyone finding themselves around Lipa City. The whole ambiance is comparable to fine dining Italian restaurants in Metro Manila. For improvement, I think they need to provide more staff or have their staff wander around the place to accommodate each table. Also, I don't know if I should thank them for unlimited time, however, there are sometimes a long queue waiting especially during dinner. But overall, we enjoyed eating there. ♥
