Real Customer Reviews at Salang Restaurant:

John Victor Aclan- 00:06 04/26/23
We came here 5:30PM and there’s not much people, 2nd floor is dedicated for their unlimited menu. Meat quality is good, everything is plain, no flavored meat. Doenjang jiggae is salty but their steamed egg, tempura and squid are good. Kimchi is super nice also. We paid 549.00 per head with 2 hours time limit. Recommended and will be coming back to thsi restaurant. They have ala carte options in the first floor, will check and update this review once tried.

JK- 10:48 03/19/23
This restaurant is a hidden gem. Get raboggi. For 250, the portion is big and tasty.

Angelo Gabriel Caraon- 03:38 11/13/22
Food was amazing. Service was dismal. They took forever to send out the chicken and the shrimp. They do not give updates nor timeframes. Took an hour to get the chicken and more time for the shrimp. Even replenishing the kimchi took so much time. It wasn't even a busy night, so i do not understand why the service was that bad.

Marc Jimenez- 16:14 11/08/22
We went there a little before 12NN. When we arrived, there were a lot of vacant seats, but they were instantly filled once 12NN hits. Food options are quite versatile. We got Kimchi Jiggae, Mul Naengmyeon, and Yangnyeom chicken. The Kimchi Jiggae is good, it has the tanginess and spiciness that I am looking for, though it could need a little more spice. The serving for Mul Naengmyeon is HUGE, its a big bowl of cold noodles with sliced cucumber, (i think) pickled radish, and boiled egg. The broth is slightly sour, reminiscent of the taste of cucumber-vinegar dip. This was my first time to eat this dish, but I might try it from a different restaurant so I can gauge if I truly enjoyed the dish. The Yangnyeom chicken serving is HUGE as well, it's probably good for 2-3 pax. The actual chicken slices are really big, very crispy, but lack flavor. I expected yangnyeom to be spicier, but it disappointed me. The chicken is really juicy, but the inside has no flavor at all. Side dishes were mediocre. Service is not that good, even though there are only a few customers, it took a really long time to get their attention and ask for the bill. I don't see myself going back here to be honest.

Aireen- 08:11 09/19/22
🥓🍖🥩 Meat - fresh meat and they served good amount of it. They have egg, soup, kimchi, 🥬 lettuce, fishcake/pancake(?) salad, and japchae for their side dishes. They only offer plain meat for their unlimited and those marinated meats are separate order. We took advantage of getting their unlimited meat with free 1.5 softdrinks for 4pax🍜 MulNeangmyeon and Japchae/Chapchae🍙 Kimbab - it was not included in the unlimited option but you should not miss trying their kimbab and MulNeangmyeon. It was delicious and would never expect that it's really good since it's cold noodles. Japchae were served last (since we requested it) but it was still good.👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Staffs - the staffs were friendly and accommodating. They were able to attend to our requests and orders at a reasonable time. They did not miss any of our requests all throughout our stay.📍🏢 Place/Ambiance - great place to get authentic Korean food and they are open 24hrs, with 2hours limit. It was not really crowded when we get there so I would say the ventilation system is good since it was not smoky unlike other restaurants. You may just have a challenge in seeing the place at night if you're not familiar since the signage outside doesn't have lights. They have 2 floors and you may get more seats upstairs.Recommend 👍👍👍

Real Customer Reviews at Las Flores:

Addi Dela Cruz- 07:16 12/25/22
Good food, beautiful interiors, courteous staff, but the service took so long despite our group ordering most of our food in advance. The dishes came in batches so it was a strange dining experience. Too bad.As for the dishes, the paellas and drinks were good. The cochinillo however was not crispy enough, at least it wasn't worth the price they're charging.

Carlo Buan- 08:33 10/19/22
Finally got to try the paella at Las Flores! Hmm... it was good, good! Not superb though, have tried some restos with better tasting ones such as Casa Buenas at Resorts World. It was a bit overpriced for the serving size, I could have finished the whole pan if I was really hungry :)But try the salmon × salmon appetizer! This one is really good!Their salad was okay too, but the dressing, I feel was not house made, but came right out of a bottle. It not for credit card discount, I wouldn't have eaten here. There are other better restaurants at the Podium that offer the same food quality at a reasonable price point.Ambiance was great, no questions about that. If you want to have a level-up dinner or lunch with your significant other or close family and friends, plus you want to splurge... this might be the place.

Mats John Carlo Mateo- 11:48 10/13/22
Overall they offer a lot of option for both meals, drinks and dessert. Food are great but the service is a bit long. Place is nice and cozy.

Joey Ong- 14:15 06/26/22
I felt they were too overpriced. Quality of food was good but I felt the taste did not match the price. For example the pulpo and the roast chicken were so so. But the Marisco pasta I feel was excellent.

Aleli Rosario- 06:29 05/28/22
We had lunch here 3 days ago. Ordered charcuterie, Las Flores salad, callos, and paella seta (mushrooms and truffle alioili). For drinks, we had beers and sangria.Food is delicious, especially the paella. We loved the charcuterie. The salad would've been perfect except that I found the sauce a bit overwhelming. Callos is authentic. This would've been a five except that the service, especially for the drink, was a bit slow. Other than that, I'd be back to have more of the paella and try other items on their menu.

Real Customer Reviews at 7 Corners Restaurant:

Jason King- 22:38 04/30/23
Not the best nor the most extensive buffet spread acround but the food is okay. The cold shrimps were super fresh. Very supple and sweet. The bibingka was addictive. The steak was good as long as you made sure you had it cooked properly. I ordered medium well and parts of it was rare.Paella was laughable. It tasted like rice with food coloring. They also had tempura but you had to ask for it. It was like they were trying to hide it from customers. They were also the smallest hotel tempura I've ever seen. Maybe just 3 inches at the most. They were ok though. It was just weird how they presented (not) them. The Indian food section occupies too much space. With their limited offerings, they should have eliminated Indian food totally. Not a lot of people really go for it.They had Curacha but I don't think they were very fresh. The tahong ang talaba were though. Pizza was good. Caesar salad was good.Servers were hard to get ahold of. The only good part was there weren't a lot of people on a Saturday night. The place was ok. The area leading to the entrance was extremely hot though. Why would there be an area like that in a hotel? It seems like it's been like that for years.

Dr. Abhishek Rathore- 16:13 02/17/23
It looks like a nice and fancy restaurant, however, needs lots of improvements.Staff is in general nice and cordial, however will need little more training on how to serve in a Fine Dining place.I am giving 2 star only because staff is nice, else food is very average. Also, restaurant is very cold due to high AC, which is not always nice and makes food cold.We ordered 2 soups, and one was almost cold, 2 other items, 1) chicken tikka and 2) Falafel came very cold and also had no good flavor. In general, I won't go there again!

RRVic- 15:10 01/10/23
Located on the third level of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Seven Corners Restaurant serve Asian, Japanese, Indian, Italian/European food. Place was clean, not full, buffet selection was good. We had arrived around 11:30-11:45am but they were still prepping the food. Soup was hot. Steak was good but I couldn't stop comparing from another hotel/buffet we just went to a few days ago. Anyway, I thought the ambience and food selection at the other place was better...but will give it another chance.

Doris A- 05:51 09/27/22
One of the best buffet restaurants. Their US rib eye steak, beef in mushroom and seafood were really good. Great selections of food from fruits, assorted breads, local delicacies and cakes, the bread with floss with cream filling was good, various Japanese food, Indian food, Mongolian station, Singaporean dishes, kids will love the chocolates, candies and different cookies that you can dip in the brown and white chocolate fountain, different flavors of ice cream/sorbet to enjoy and more delicious dishes. The place is clean, quiet and nice. Staff are attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the food, the place, the company of my friends and the 50% discount promo. 👍

Jan Emil Vergel de Dios- 13:00 09/05/22
Went here with the fam on a Saturday lunch to celebrate my dad's birthday.Service staff were very attentive and courteous. Place was spacious and clean. The chefs were ready to prepare your food to your liking. And while it is true that their selection is limited if compared with the other buffet places (of the same price range), they had fresh seafood and premium ribeye steak. So as I finished my rounds of the place, I had set my eyes on getting plenty of these two (shrimp & steak) so that I can get my money's worth (which should always be your main goal when you go eat on a buffet 😀 ). Btw, they also had ice cream, which is my favorite.

Real Customer Reviews at Yabu: House of Katsu:

Chito Mauleon- 23:42 01/25/23
Founded in Manila on 11-11-11, Yabu is a homegrown Katsu concept restaurant started by John Concepcion with the help of Michelin Bib Gourmand Chef Kasuya Takeda. John is also the CEO of Unilever RFM Ice Cream and he has taken Selecta to the top spot among local ice creams. He is also credited with the successful launching of Magnum. Yabu is part of the Standard Hospitality Group of John Concepcion, Gerry Santos and Irene Joven. They carry such brands as Yabu, Ippudo, Elephant Grounds and Kiwami. As of the moment, Yabu has 30 branches. We ate at the 2nd floor SM Megamall B branch.Recreating the Japanese Katsu experience of breaded kurobuta pork with locally sourced ones was the challenge for Yabu's Takeda and company. John's concept was to offer unlimited Japanese rice and shredded cabbage with his Katsu sets at a reasonable price point. They had to rely on science, procedure and technique. For dinner, we ordered the 180g Rosu Katsu set (P445), Gyudon Set (P515), Original Tonkatsu Set with Prawns and Dory (P425) and the Salmon Katsu Set (P545).I've eaten at Yabu for so long. I initially thought it was a Japanese franchise and used Kurobuta pork in all Katsu pork offerings. I was totally wrong and totally amazed at the work the team led by Takeda San has made to bring the Japanese Katsu experience here. They start off with warm miso soup to open up your appetite, cold cabbage salad paired best with their sesame dressing, the Katsu of your choice with Japanese rice and fresh fruits to remove the "umay." Of course, they also offer more premium sets with actual Kurobuta, the supposed Wagyu of pork. Now, real Japanese franchises offering Katsu like Saboten and Kimukatsu are in the Philippines but Concepcion's background and expertise in brand building and experience-creating have kept Yabu in the thick of the fight and winning.I had the Gyudon Set this time to check their other offerings besides Katsu (since it's a Katsu focused restaurant). I was glad they served it in a clay pot which added another dimension to the dish, the flavorful socarrat or tutong. They also provided a sauce containing beef drippings to add to the creamy egg which you break and mix with the rice. The tender delicious beef, Gyudon sauce in egg infused Japanese rice that forms flavor rich socarrat - an absolute delight!Yabu has never failed to fill me up with a satisfying meal made special by their well curated sets.

Steve S- 22:10 01/20/23
The food is pretty good for the price you pay, when you consider the unlimited sides then you've definitely come out winning. The service is also excellent most of the time, but given how busy the place is it can be a hit or miss. The atmosphere is alright, some areas of the restaurant are definitely better than others because of the lighting I believe. Some areas are too dark for eating. The atmosphere is a hit or miss depending on the crowd. Definitely check them out!

Leslie Legaspi- 08:39 11/01/22
Food never disappoints. Good quality rice and meat. You can also ask for refills of cabbage, miso soup, rice and fruits. The place is always packed which can make the servers forget your request at times. BUT, will surely eat here again. 🙂

Paul Ward- 10:28 10/26/22
One of the best places to have your Katsu cravings fixed. Overall experience is Excellent. A lot of variety for the type of meat to select from on Katsu form, from traditional Pork Katsu to Salmon Katsu. They also offer unlimited rice, unlimited cabbage, and unlimited fruits, which is very unique. Will definitely come back to try out other dishes. Also a great place to hangout with friends or family.Highly Recommended!

Janeth Uy Cana- 01:24 04/25/22
Soooo yum! Unlimited drinks, unlimited rice, unlimited cabbage, unlimited miso soup, Pricey but super busog. Will bring my anakshies next time and I'm sure that they will love it here too 💯. Can't wait to dine in again. Great service as well. I also loved the wall art in the middle.

Sunday Lunch out. Good choice at Shang. The beef was better than the pork grill. The fried rice was very 👍👍 along with Fried shrimp 🍤. The Kimbap beef could be better. A bit dry.Actually 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Willing to go back and this is probably the 3rd or more time we have returned 😁

The Soy Garlic Chicken is so exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the food and the service. I highly recommend this place.🏆😊

John The adventurer- 12:46 02/08/22
Banchan is of Korean standards. Really like the egg and the fish cake.Tempura is cook to perfection. The spicy octopus is sweet and not that spicy which is a good thing.Seafood soup is savory but too much that you have to have rice to compliment it.Overall the experience is great.Food is worthy of the price. They also serve house tea.In terms of ambience, the inside is a little dark and cozy while their seats outside of the restaurant are bright and have a nice view of the street going to Shangri-La hotel.

Had dinner last night. 3rd in line, waited around 10-15 minutes. Pood'a delicious! Portions were big but I find their prices a bit expensive. Almost 600+ for a decent meal. Service is alright but can definitely be improved; Umami* would probably work great here.*Umami is a digital ordering system.

We love the food, it was delicious and authentic japanese cuisine. The place is full when we got there so I guess, a lot of people like the restaurant. The serving is fast, the servers are polite, quite pricey but understandable with the food itself. We will visit again!

Mouthwatering spicy tuna and truffle steak aburi! Service just takes a while but best to go outside peak hours. There is free hot tea and the outside tables are dog-friendly. Cravings satisfied:)

ia likes_eats_travels- 21:11 05/24/22
We ate here for dinner because we were looking for a restaurant that offers unlimited iced tea refill. Their iced tea was not so sweet and priced at P110. We also ordered kimchi prawn and enoki maki, curry don and oyakodon. Most meals are priced at P300 and above. We paid P1400 for 3 unlimited iced tea and our meal. Both dons took 15 minutes to arrive. The servers and the manager are accommodating and responsive.

Stephanie Tuvera- 14:37 03/08/22
Maki rolls were delicious. We ordered the platter which is three pieces of 4 kinds of maki (fixed variants). I liked this the best. There weren’t many people when we dined there on a Saturday late afternoon but since they do not crowd their tables, we had to wait for a good 20mins to get our seats—We had ourselves a table good for 6.Waiting time is so-so. I understand that orders weren’t served right away, being as the food is freshly cooked/made upon serving so yes, good enough for me.

Always Tip your servers. We came here again and our server was Shane and we were also taken cared of the manager Riva. They have always taken good care of us.until next time

My brother and I dined here today, service is so nice, Lian is so energetic and always aims for a fast service very commendable. I availed Citibank’s 50% off promo and even having this promo, I think we received same treatment with regular paying customers which made me very happy.Food is nice too, Caesar salad and carbonara are the stand outs. Their nachos has big serving. We ordered ribeye steak too and had it cooked medium rare, however there are parts that are rare and we cannot consume it. If the steak is perfectly cooked, I guess I can give 5 stars. Definitely coming back even if there is no promo 😅

The food is good. Service is good. Be prepared for a family style delivery of plates (we weren't) where one person's order is received well before others and it's piece meal from there. One person in our party was finished eating well before the second person's dish was received, and the last person had to wait too long before their order was received.

Booie M- 00:16 09/05/22
This is a pricey restaurant for the type of food they serve. I'll admit that it's a step-up to the rendition of Chinese dishes, but they really do add that extra twist. As it's in a hotel, I guess the prices are "justifiable". I enjoyed the Peking Duck - as I always do - so this is an item you'd probably want to try as well. Everything we ordered was good, so I guess chances are that there a minimal risks in trying out what you think looks good from their menu.Oh, virtual menu as well. Be ready to scan a QR code and read from your phoneOverall, I'd have no issue coming back here. Especially for the duck.

Reena Leechiu- 14:34 05/14/22
Serving too small already 🥴. Reservations said bpi credit card has 50% off promo and bpi debit card 30% off . When we went it was 30% off max. Discount of p3k for bpi credit card. Waiter said cant avail senior and pwd discount anymore. Head waiter said we can still avail. 🤪 confused dinner haha

Rey Trillana- 00:32 09/23/18
A disappointment! For a pricey, fine dining Chinese restaurant inside a world class hotel, you’d thought they know how to cook lobster right. Nope. We ordered the Live Lobster with Garlic and it was undercooked, really undercooked. The staff was nice enough to return it to the kitchen and was apologetic. But when it returned it was overcooked. The meat was tough and stringy. We also ordered the hot and sour soup which was excellent so was the Steamed Scallops Dumplings. The Steamed Pacific Garoupa with Superior Soy Sauce was another letdown. While the sauce was, well, superior in taste, the beautiful fish was overcooked. I was expecting it to be flaky, glistening and tender but it was almost mealy and grainy.

Real Customer Reviews at Shinsen Sushi Bar and Restaurant:

Food is ok, but it doesn't give justice to the price you are paying. A cup of plain rice here costs 95php + service charge. Imagine ordering for a family of 5. The ambiance needs improvement as well.

It was just okay for the price. The serving of chicken on the chicken teriyaki was too little for me for the price of 395. It did come with miso soup though, but the price still seems quite expensive. The taste was just so-so that I felt it wasn't really that flavorful. The good thing was that the chicken seemed grilled so you can taste a bit of char and sometimes find crispy skin. Nothing special and may be sub-par considering the price point.*Note maybe the ten zaru soba would have been better. It was around 295 if I remember and it had 2 shrimp, 1 okra and 1 eggplant tempura.

#TheShinsenExpereienceWhat can I say,"Wow, the best Mami House in Ortigas."I'm very dissatisfied with the tongkotsu Ramen.Broth was very bland. I had to add soy sauce to give it flavor. Meat topping was tough. Not sure about the vegetable topping. The egg was not prepared to be ajitsuke tamago. It is just a plain ol' hard boiled egg.Service was good though.

Surprisingly good Sukiyaki, a bit much on onions but tasty. Rolls were interesting and the spicy tuna salad also just enough spice.Overly staffed but good service and clean and attentive. Needs to check up on tea refill and taking away plates.A nice safe meal to fill you up and not much to complain about.

Located at the Garnet Rd side of the restaurant row of Sapphire Bloc where the ATMs are. This Japanese restaurant has a very wide variety of food offerings with very good quality and presentation. I have been here several times and the service and food have always been commendable. I especially like their Kabutoni (Lapu-Lapu or Maya-Maya) and Soft Shell Crab, they’re a must try. They have a variety of ramen choices which are rich and flavorful. For appetizers i like the eggplant with teriyaki-like sauce. It’s a place you’d like to go back to and try the other stuff on the menu. Prices are medium to high but worth it. They have indoor and outdoor dining. There are promos from time to time and the staff are very attentive.

Its a nice place fit to a group of persons or family. Kinda a small place but they have a second floor. They have no table fit for one person only. When I have my lunch there, a group of people (5 persons) came and they have no table to use. As much as i would like to offer my seats, then i'll be the one will have no seats. If only they have a table for single customers only, the other seats will also be offered to them. Just a thought only. The food is good, there sisig is not crunchy but it is tasty. The service is nice though some of their cashiers could not afford to smile, but anyways maybe its rush hour (lunch time) its understandable. But the overall services is nice. 🙂

Good tasting Filipino food and servings for groups. If you are looking for quezon dishes, this is your go-to place.

Great tasting food though the branch is a bit smaller compared to their Timog branch. Doesn't serve alcohol due to school proximity otherwise it would have been a great place to drink.
