After making a follow up an hour later, it appeared that they did not process the same. They refused to let us identify the staff who got our order. No apologies from the staff. All we got was a mocking smile as if they enjoyed letting us wait for nothing. Terrible service. The cleanliness of the restaurant do not even merit a comment. Anjel Es-

23:22 08/29/22Go to any place in SM but this one. The prices are way too high while the service and atmosphere don't match that price. They tried to force us to sit outside since they didn't want to have to clean an empty table inside. For 2200 pesos we shouldn't be sliding on their floors due to a leaking aircon. For 2200 pesos we shouldn't have to ask THREE times when our food will arrive. For 2200 pesos our food portions shouldn't be small. The food itself was mediocre at best. We again had to ask for drinks after all our food had arrived. We AGAIN had to ask twice for our bill. To top it off the CR itself was flooding and almost unusable. 01:21 05/30/19Of all the food we ordered, halo halo is my fave. The crushed ice used is not the same as anything I've tried. It's almost like ice cream. Jalapeño dinamitas is good too. Crispy pata is crispy on the outside but too fatty inside. It's like 70% fat with bits and pieces of meat.While the food are really good, the service is let down. They keep messing up our orders, when we asked for the rice they told us they are still making them, they finally serve it halfway done. Only gave us 4 bowls when we ordered 6. We asked for 3 servings of scallops but only one was served, we have to remind them. We arrived at 10:30am after church, we are the second group so it wasn't peak hours and not too busy. 12:24 06/19/22It’s Father’s day special and we’re looking for a restaurant in SM Lanang to celebrate it. We’re about to go outside the 2nd floor when we saw Bulgogi. My wife loves korean food so we give it a try. First, we are hesitant because it is not eat all you can as what a usual korean restaurant we have here in Davao. But the staffs are nice and approachable so we dine in. Thank you for one of your staffs who gives us options or package that suits with us. I think her name is Mary Anne. She also gives us a card where we can have discount on our 2nd visit. They have the best beef in town. Will surely visit them again. SY T-

13:36 03/02/23From what I remember 5 years ago, they had more food options to choose from compared to the present which is a bit disappointing.In terms of the food, it was okay. When i went around to check what food they offered, there were some empty plates which they did not refill. It was only around 7pm yet they could not keep up with the demand of the customer consumption. As for the food, it was nothing too special in my opinion although I did enjoy one piece of cuisine which was the beef as the meat was tender.I must say, I did enjoy their dancing waiters. They also have occasional promos like dining in for free on your birthday with 1 full paying adult or dining in for free on your birth month with 3 full paying adults. The foods are delicious. Had solo dinner here! This Mexican rice is a must try! I love the melted cheese since this is baked rice. Plus I'm a cheese lover which I added mozza sticks for a cheesy dinner treat! 🧀🥳
Went for lunch with my partner. Lots of menu items not available. We ordered and sat down. I got my drink followed by my pizza. The girlfriend got here drink next which wasn't freshly squeezed as promised. My food was finished before hers arrived. Her food was terrible and she left it. Serving a couple their food at the same time is basic common sense. You don't need a university degree in f&b to work that out. Apparently the staff at this place think it's okay.Save your money and go elsewhere.
The place is not too crowded when I visited although the establishment offer dine-in services to customers. The selling personnel is quite accomodating for my inquiries. But what I love the most is the Buy 1+1 pizza promo. You get to choose from different flavors. Thumbs up for the length of time, meals are served.
To be honest I wouldn't bother.To start the Promotions are compete nonsense. We thought we would go with the Panalo Pizza Party, we had 4 kids with us. After the kids all picked there pizza flavour, the waitress tells us these pizzas are not available, in fact the pizza on promo are completely different flavours to anything in the menu!! And these pizza flavours are not detailed anywhere on the Promotion or in the restaurant. So basically, it's for telepathic pizza lovers only.So, telepathic flavours not wanted, we decide to order an extra large pizza, yum yum. But guess what, these are not available in this restaurant.So to sum up my experience, the menu is useless because you can't order from it, the Promotions are from the land of make believe where you have to imagine the flavours. Oh and the Pepsi is as fizzy as tap water!Totally useless restaurant, poor staff and poor quality food.I highly recommend walk 3 minutes down the road and go to Big Yellow Taxi and pay the extra for the quality experience.

Its my first time in this restaurant. The food is good. This space is small
So Sad. It's not the usual Tokyo Tokyo we grew up with. Self-Service already. Slow food service and no Pork Tonkatsu. 🙁
Small cozy place the presentation of the food is great but I am not fond of the taste.
Since it was located in the mall, it was super convenient for my family and I to grab a quick bite while shopping. The service was quick and the food was good - for fast food sushi.
This is the scence when we arrived at our table and still, it was the same when we left. The food was not even great. We ordered tempura with rice and we just got 2 pcs. of tempura and a lot of rice. The tables were not cleaned and staff is not trained well. Can't even get the orders right.

And their Davao pomelo salad. Sadly, the shrimp in the salad are not fresh.I was still full so i was not able to get their rice bowls. 14:37 11/21/18It was our first time to check this place and since got tired walking around the SM Lanang Premier, we decided to try this resto for snacks. We had chicken tortilla wrap and suman with tsokolate on top. The tortilla was good, so tasty and good enough for 2. We also had the cucumber-kalamansi juice and it was refreshing as well. Price of the food is reasonable. The best thing about eating here is also the warm, friendly service of the cashier who doubled as the food server. Waiting time is quite long but definitely worth it. Food is always served hot, servers are accommodating and friendly, definitely a must try!Tip: request for extra sauce for the bbq.
