Real Customer Reviews at The Grill Room TST:

C C- 11:32 06/13/21
I ordered 16 oz medium rib-eye steak, which was large but the edge was too chewy so that I had to cut much away. My steak should be medium but it looked medium rare and burn outside. The quality of the steak itself wasn't bad but I wonder it could have been better treated. The environment is fine for friend gathering.

CLok- 08:57 04/29/21
So delicious!! I really did not expect the food quality to be this good, from starter through to dessert was packed full of flavour and you can taste the quality was from fresh ingredients. We ordered the dinner set for 2, as there’s a current discount going on and the portions was just right. The steak however was slight fatty but the medium cook was cooked to perfection. Service was amazing and did not have to wait long, would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here.

Brandon Ho- 02:43 10/20/20
Let's begin with the atmosphere. The location's atmosphere was a mess. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with 2019's top 100 pop hits playing in the background, followed by confused decoration that screams 'beach grill party' with a dash of modern simplicity to spice things up. The lighting sat in a twilight zone of being neither quite dark enough nor bright enough, creating a muddy lighting atmosphere. Finally, the placement mats were terrible. For a restaurant that seemingly wants to be serious, their placement mats were paper with their menu printed on it. Not exactly fancy. To say the least, the atmosphere was anxiety inducing.Service was subpar. For the price you're paying, you deserve much better. The staff was attentive but not engaging. Not once did they ask if the food was alright. There are plenty of restaurants in Hong Kong with much better service for a much smaller price tag.Now let's get to the food. It was extremely disappointing . My girlfriend and I ordered a set dinner menu, two a-la-carte items, and two drinks for893 HKD. We ordered the Parma Ham Quinoa Salad, the Angus Ribeye Steak, the Beef Cheek, the Truffle Fries, and a Blueberry Cheese Cake (supposedly the cake of the day). The Parma Ham Quinoa Salad was what you would expect a salad to be if you ordered it in airline economy seating. There was two strips of parma ham, a teaspoon of quinoa, and a tonne of vinaigrette with mixed veggies. Come to think of it, the Cathay Pacific quinoa salad tastes much better than this mess. This dish was way out of balance. From my understanding, the chef probably doused the vegetables in vinaigrette understanding that, if not, the salad would have no flavours. The Angus Rib Eye was alright, nothing special. The chef couldn't get medium rare correct, and the steak came out cold. I don't think it's worth its set dinner price of $408 at all. The black truffle potato puree, the chimichurri, and the red wine beef jus were a let down. The black truffle puree tasted like instant mash potato, with the slightest hint of truffle flavouring, and the chimichurri and red wine beef jus tasted like it came out of the storage. The beef cheek was much better than the steak, but you can't really go wrong with beef cheek. Still nothing special. There were no unique flavours, the only flavour in the palette was degrees of saltiness. The Truffle Fries were by far the most disappointing truffle fries I've had. To be fair it was $48 dollars but still it was disappointing. McDonald's does a better truffle fries with their shake shake powder than this place. There was basically no truffle flavour in the fries at all. Not to mention, the truffle fries were paired with ketchup. Whatever truffle flavour there was with their fries were annihilated the moment they were paired with ketchup. My suggestion to the Grill Room is, please rename the dish to just 'Fries'. That way you will be disappointing less people. Finally, there's the cheesecake. Again, lacklustre. Probably not made in-house. Not very fresh for a 'cake of the day'.Overall, very disappointed. Would not suggest this restaurant if you take food seriously, or if you take your money seriously. If you're looking to throw some money into the sea, you could come here.If you want a better experience for a similar price I would rather you go visit Hue in the Hong Kong Museum of Art. If you want a similar experience for a cheaper price, you're better off going to your local Pokka Cafe, at least your expectations will match the price.

WY Chan- 15:58 01/20/20
Not sure about all the 1-star review but I had a great dinner at the Grill Room.Waitress was attentive and helpful even though the whole restaurant was full. We have orderd four main dishes and were amazed by all 4 dishes! The medium rare steak is flavourful and tender. Personally I love Tuna the most - it tastes great with the green sauce!

Kristy Hung- 08:20 06/13/18
The environment here is comfortable and in oasis style. We tried the 8oz Rib Eye Steak and Pan Fried Fish Fillet. Both had a great texture and taste, but I love the Fish more, It’s a bit crispy outside and juicy inside. The mushroom cream sauce matched perfectly with the greens, really good!We also had a smoothie - Salted Caramel Goodness. Salt and Caramel is just the best combination, worth trying!

Real Customer Reviews at Outdark Korean Restaurant:

thechichicho nails- 04:27 09/26/22
Delicious fried chicken that’s boneless and juicy at the same time. Fried chicken comes with a lot of fries. Honestly, I think they can give more chicken. If you take a picture in hashtags them on IG, you get a drink for free. But you must do that before you order.

Karina Kam- 13:35 07/31/22
Incredibly disappointing restaurant. The food was tasty but was it worth the experience? Absolutely not, I could’ve ordered takeout instead. We made a reservation for 6 people at 8:30pm and we were told last order was 9:00pm when making the booking the restaurant. However, they were too busy which resulted us being seated only at 8:40pm. Once we were seated, no serving of water. Instead, they just came around to make us order ASAP as our first order which was our last order. After we made the order the food came really quickly at around 9:00pm. They were even quicker with the bill though, it came at 9:10pm! It made us all so uncomfortable that we decided to quickly wrap up and leave at 9:40pm (before they would’ve kicked us out by 10:00pm). I felt like I experienced a local Cha Chaan Teng service - making your order immediately (last order) when you’re seated, pay the bill before finishing your food and most importantly making you super uncomfortable that you’d rather leave this place. 100% not recommend their dine in, you can try it with Deliveroo instead.

Cafen Cheung- 12:34 07/21/22
Fried chicken is “ok”Kimchi chicken rice is “ok”Fried Korean noodles with pork pretty goodEnvironment is too noisy but staffs is nice and cheerful. In general food is way too salty and not very Korean styleIf you want to try good real Korean food, here is not recommended

Joe Sun- 02:27 10/27/21
A chilling night with friends there, absolutely loving it with the foods are tasty and services are friendly, korean style deep fried chicken went well with the korean beers/alcohols, a long queue out there waiting but no one had ever pushes out after we had our dinner done.places is nice and one of the restaurants still has a wall there for those who wants to speaks out for the true Hong Kongers, as well as they wishes to themselves/friends and families, a wonderful place which surely will come again shortly.

Natalia Cheung- 12:55 09/30/21
Absolutely charming place. Low light dining with starlights hanging from the roof. Food was excellent, I could go back every night. The chicken is so delicious you can't find any better! Staff was very friendly and speaks fluent English for all you tourists out there. I definitely will go again with more friends. I do recommend you call in first to ask how busy they are and maybe make a reservation. They are full for a reason😉

Popular place for their signature seafood bag - you get to choose the seafood and the sauce!

Lawrence Tang- 15:05 09/13/21
A bit disappointed by our meal. We had some expectations coming here because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, the service was slow which wasn't too much of a problem if there's no dining time limit. We were seated at 6:30pm and were asked to leave by 8pm. We ordered straight after we were seated but the food wasn't served until past 7pm. Also, the seafood platter despite being quite flavoursome, the seafood was overcooked. The octopus and scallops were chewy like rubber. The crab stuffed mushroom was made with cheap cheese and the crab was of low quality. Also, the staffs weren't friendly at all.

Wayne Tun- 04:21 01/26/21
Wonderful take-away experience, with a PS4 box-alike packaging. Seafood platter was fresh and chewy, generous in portion too.

Some like it hot! Some like it cold! The Captain’s house fulfills every seafood lovers expectations! Specialises in fresh and boiled-in-bag Seafood, it offers a vast selection of flavour profiles for you to choose from.--Cold Seafood Platter (HK$268)This is the most deliciously way to start our meal with this indulgence cold seafood platter. With Argentine Red Shrimp, Hokkaido Scallop, Fresh Oyster, Baby Octopus, Salmon Poke, all came with every delicious morsel you’d expect.--Hot Captain’s Seafood Combo (HK$398/3-option)You can create your own seafood bag, with 12 kinds of seafood for you to choose from. Pick you Seafood, your flavour, then just roll up your sleeves, wear the apron and ready to get your hands messy. We opted for the 3-options seafood bag, we’ve chosen Shrimps (12 pcs), Live Mussels (12 pcs) and Snow Crab Legs.--Oyster (@HK$52)We have chosen two seasonal fresh shucked oysters, Ancelin and Majestic. They were sweet and flavourful, bursting with briny flavour and finished with a strong aftertaste.--Crab Meat Carbonara (HK$138)Spaghetti with crispy bacon, crab meat, onion, cream sauce and a raw egg yolk on top, all of these ingredients gave the dish extra vibrancy.--

A small restaurant, but thumbs up for the decoration and environment. Food is good, except the dirty risotto (squid sauce risotto with chicken liver), but if you like chicken liver, it's good actually. Nachos is pretty good! As for the seafood, I will say it's quite good, the sauce too, but definitely not as great and tasty as the Boiling Crab in the States. People love to celebrate birthdays here. For one single night, there were like at least 5 tables with birthday cakes lol Overall, it's a good restaurant in town!

We order the G cheese platter and beef cheek penne. The pasta was very delicious however the cheese platter was just okay. Mostly disappointed by the cheese soup thing and the middle cold meat. Other than that the food was good. Very attentive and nice service. Quiet and clean environment. Would come back to try the meat

It’s absolutely a good deal if you can make it to the happy hour 3 - 6 pm when everything are 50% off including wine 🥂I like the seafood spaghetti which has lots of favors and the beef are well cooked and taste good too. The last 2 dishes were the set lunch that I visited on the other day, am a little bit disappointed because the taste are rather bland, though the portion is good and it comes with lots of vegetables which makes it a very balanced meal.

cheap white wine. The beef and the pasta was not surprising yet not bad at all.It was a birthday dinner so we got 2 free mini lemon tarts which were nice. We also ordered a dessert so they wrote happy birthday on that dish instead. Staffs brought out the dessert with candles and sang us a happy birthday song which was lovely.Staffs are super friendly and helpful though.

Marie “M&M” Lee- 10:10 03/02/23
Nice venue with good view of the seafront. It was a late afternoon bite so we just ordered the spaghetti with clams and Lasagna. The spaghetti is not Al dente and is swimming in a pool of olive oil with a very bland taste. The lasagna was cold, so we asked them to heat it up but still come out cold. With the kind of money they charged, we would expected something a little better. Just glad we didn't ordered more food.

Fanny Wan- 10:20 11/06/22
The food and environment were quite good. Especially love the carpaccio. One of the staff asked us if we had finished our meal while we just finished the starter and waiting for the main. And the same staff kept asking us whether we wanna order anything else while we finished all the food and was chit chatting.

Andrew OT Hui- 03:46 07/07/22
Located off center by the harbour side, quiet in the afternoon, perfect for a relax late meal with friends! We decided not to order the usual Italian dishes simply a Tomahawk T bone to share for 3 with few bottles of red…… nice, not normal hour for steak, but juicy and grilled perfect! We liked it with red, causal talks, laughters, few more bottles……. services adequate, but can be improved!

Martin C- 16:14 06/23/22
Pretty nice Italian food in a really reasonable price, especially in this area.We ordered different appetiser, main dishes and dessert here. Most of the food are great, especially the steak, and penne.Highly recommended the dessert combo, with excellent limon gelato!

Very good experience! We go there during the week to celebrate our anniversary with my GF and were very pleased. The service is awesome, friendly and give some good advise about the drink and food. We took the celebration menu which was worth it (tasty, portion was enough, the taste was uncommon and we discover new food). We particularly appreciate the small attention for the personalized menu and cake! That was awesome.I will definitely recommend to my friends and come back soon!

Anneke Yu- 18:26 08/08/22
I went here for Brunch and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the view was nice but the food in my opinion was mediocre, the presentation on the other hand was excellent. Overall, I think the food portions are good and I felt really full and satisfied by the end of the meal.

Brian Kim- 14:21 07/26/22
Great experience. It was part of a package deal on Klook with Rosewood staycation. Didn’t expect a lot, but honestly better than the restaurants in Rosewood (at least the one’s I tried). Every table is facing the harbor. The food was great especially the burrata with fig.

Nelson Chen- 07:05 06/11/22
Good view of Victoria Habour. Place deco reasonable. Seats comfy.Food is excellent. Portion is a bit small. You may need to order some sides if you are big eater. Serving speed is a concern. It took us almost 2 hours until a 4 course meal is served. They explained as there is a large table of 10 has to be taken care of that night. I think you will be fine if you are enjoying a nice romantic dinner with you love. Otherwise……Service is a let down though. I feel neglected while I was having dinner. All cups dried up and no waiter bothered to refill. Have to remind them the speed of serving food from time to time. Bread served but all of us has no plates. For a restaurant of this rate and class, these mistakes are not acceptable.Excellent chef but sub standard service.Hope they can improve.

junniez- 14:12 06/05/22
High quality ingredients, every single dish, the combination of different ingredients went so well together. Food presentation was very instagramable. For starters, the deep fried pea ball was so yummy, really soft and creamy inside, burrata with fig and scallop was refreshing, artichoke with some sort dip made of beans, a bit similar to hummus was also refreshing and tasty. Pork belly was very crispy and with the herbs and spices yogurt dressing was divine! Even the butter for the bread was truffle butter! For the main, I ordered a rare flank steak, the steak really had strong beef flavour which I have never had before.Dessert was super good, the presentation was different from what I imagine how it is by reading the menu! This place is totally worth the price. Will definitely visit again!

Love their crispy pastry with tomato paste. Very authentic pizza!Pan-fried seabassSeabass is fresh and delicate with crispy skin. We visited the store as a group of three for dinner. I love the vibe of the RESTAURANT! As soon as I entered I saw a mix of modern and rustic with its exposed pipes and cement roof, with subtle accents in the space. As for the food we were in a very dessert-y mood so we did get a desert platter at the end which was phenomenal. I think we enjoyed the vanilla * berry panacotta with actual vanilla beans- we were so so happy, and pistachio ice cream the most. They were absolutely yummy and I will definitely come back for them. Apart from that I also had a spicy salami olive arugula and mozzarella pizza. I finished the whole thing by myself because it was super light but at the same time filled me up and was very comforting like a pizza should be.Also vegetarians unite- they have a dedicated vegetarian menu for all of you. My two friends that I went with for vegetarian and had tons of options to choose from. They ended up choosing the vegetarian lasagna which they thought would not be enough for one person but was enough for even 2. It was a huge huge chunk and extremely tasty.PAIR the food with some wine and bruschetta and you've got yourself for a cracking meal. You must visit Gusto any time you have the pleasure to.xoxo

Kim Yen- 13:38 03/06/23
I was introduced to Pici (TST) by a friend, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy. The highlight of the night was the food - each dish was cooked to perfection and packed with flavors. The portion sizes were generous and great value for money. What made the experience even better was the fantastic service. The staff, including the manager (Alex), were attentive and friendly. They surprised us with complimentary drinks and a polaroid as a courtesy for my friend's birthday, which was a lovely touch.Overall, I highly recommend Pici (TST) for anyone looking for great Italian food and excellent service. I, for sure, can't wait to visit again!

I sat at a higher table top style seat as I was on my own.Complementary bread and oil was nice. The lasagne was great and plenty of meat. I did wish I had company so I could have tried & shared something else as solo lasagne was quite heavy by the end!Tiramisu desert was amazing - super creamy - not to be missed!Quite loud music playing so difficult to have telephone conversations inside.

Went for their Brunch Set. Quite a good deal cause we were only expecting 2 main pasta and the set included 3 actually. Super full for 2 ladies. Polite staff and comfy environment.

Beyond pleased!! Was seated almost immediately when I visited at 12pm. Celebrated a birthday with a friend here and the staff was super friendly - they even brought out the cake we prepared with a lit candle and a birthday song!! We had been here before and decided to come back because the food is consistently delicious. We always love everything we try! The fresh pasta is always such a treat, but the tiramisu is hard to beat. Would definitely come back again with friends for a wonderful experience.

Pici TST is always my top favorite spot for lunch everyday. Serving from starters, mains to dessert, it never disappoints you with the taste and fullness after every meal. It is the most down-to-earth, authentic Italian food that we can afford eating everyday. Ranging from simple dish such as pici carbonara, to something more special like smoked salmon tagliatelle, I am pretty sure there must be one that is suitable for every customer. For their lunch menu, there is also a plenty of selection which you can mix and match the food you want. It is super good value for money as paying less than HKD 200 per person for lunch, I can never find another shop that provides handmade pasta with this superb quality.Alongside with the food, its environment and hospitality is also excellent which there is no need to worry on food arrivals, running out of drinks, lack of cutlery, etc. The staff are always alert on customer's needs and with their care, we are always being treated like a king. The cosy environment and friendly atmosphere also makes me feel home, I would like to stay longer if I have time to enjoy some good vibes.Special thanks to Leo, Punam, & Dipak who always offer a complimentary coffee and serve me in their professional manner at the best they can.It is not just about the food & vibes, it is the experience that make it so extraordinary which I can never forget. love Pici and I would highly recommend to all of you!

Real Customer Reviews at Okonomiyaki Dohtonbori Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tsui):

Syice Cheng- 06:50 01/14/23
Heavily under staffed, there are empty tables but no one to clean up.During my 1 hour queue time ( 2:00pm to 3:00pm) for just 2 tables, the duo before me sat in for half an hour, yet there's still nothing served on their table. Mostly because there's only one person catering the only 11 tables.Absolutely garbage experience.

Located on second floor of K11 for those who want to find it, this place is tucked in a corner next to the shabu shabu place.Great atmosphere and fun for those who like to cook it themselves and love Okonomiyaki. Pretty much the same experience as in JP, order what you want and they will bring you the ingrediants. Ask for help if you need explanation on how to cook though for making each of thr different types theres a guide at thr back of the menu in english (chinese on a separate handout included). Alao has QR code for YT link to watch, ordering is also via QR as is norm these days in HK.We got the 4 person set which was ok and had a bit of everything, though i think for those who love to est meat, get the all you can eat as thata more worth.

Eve Foodie- 10:04 11/05/21
The okonomiyaki and monjayaki are just alright imo but I would go for the all you can eat and get grilled meats and drinks. The quality is decent and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to get them at this price anywhere else.

Passed this restaurant one night and found too many people in the line waiting so gave up. Went there again after a few days for lunch. This time, I could go straight in without queuing. Enjoyed the cook-it-yourselves, particularly fun with kids.

Real Customer Reviews at Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine:

Oscar Chung- 07:32 12/18/22
You don't want to miss the Tomato and Crab Noodle Soup, which IMO is the signature dish of Nha Trang. The flavors of crab and tomato complement each other exquisitely. There are also tables (for 4+ ppl) right next to the open view of Victoria Harbour. Would definitely be a treat if you happen to be seated there.

CJ Stilton- 04:19 09/03/22
Good place for a quick lunch. Nice busy environment. Love the stylish plates that they have here. Family friendly - lots of kids and babies, probably because of where it is located in Ocean Terminal by all the kids shops. Food is decent — nothing to write home about but it’s good. Had the pho ga. Wish there was a wider selection of sauces but all good!

Food. 7/10, a typical Hong Kong style Viet+Thai meal. Taste is fine but nothing impressive. BBQ Pork worths it’s price tagService: 6/10. FairPrice: 7/10 competitive priceVibe: 3/10 too crowd, no secret area, you can hear any story next to you. Lots of kids screaming, cryingThis is probably the last choice in Harbour City.

The takeaway lunchbox is $108 but very good value! I can pick three to four choices of food and mixed them together. The roast beef is so tender and juicy, full of meat flavor! And the fried vegetables is so crispy and fresh! And the squid balls is very bouncy, yummy! And the roast salmon is boneless, nicely grilled with a bit spices and not too dry, yummy!

Korala- 23:00 09/14/21
The restaurant got a nice seaview here.I ordered the tomato crab pho, which got really nice shrimp balls, minced pork and crab. The tomato soup is rather tasty, with nice tone of seafood taste, and the tomato flavor is strong but not sour. The chicken pho is light to eat. The broth is clear and not oily at all. The chicken meat is ok. Portion is quite generous. The spring roll is highly recommended. It is so crispy and tasty. It is deep fried but not so oily.We had a good time

Real Customer Reviews at Sangeetha Vegetarian Restaurant, Hong Kong:

zubeen hathi- 07:46 02/19/22
Visited here on 19.02.2022. One if the best places to experience authentic South Indian delicacies. Extremely well managed and has a great 'Indian' vibe to the restaurant located here in HK. This is exactly the kind of place to visit if you truly want to enjoy authentic South Indian food. Had a great time. Owner is one if the nicest guys around, very friendly and cooperative.

Toby Cheung- 15:13 12/04/21
Sangeetha is my favourite Indian restaurant! If you don’t know what to pick from menu, South Indian Thali should be a great choice for you to try everything!Great service today. Manager knows what we need before we ask! Enjoy:)

Tejal K.P- 08:24 12/03/21
Great South indian food! Tried the medu vada and rawa masala dosa, had no complaints.Service was super fast. Staff is kind and friendly.Visited on a Saturday evening around 7pm (Nov 2021) and there was waiting list. Had to wait for around 10-15 minutes. The place was a bit noisy. However totally worth having tasty Indian food in a foreign land.Since I was visiting the first time, it was a bit tough for me to find the place using maps. However if one knows it's inside Wing on plaze (UG), it's very easy to locate.

K- 00:30 09/06/21
Amazing food!! SO much flavour - especially loved the dosa and curries.Ambience and service was a bit lacking, but the food definitely makes up for it. Overall a good dining option, particularly if nearby Woodlands is busy.

James Hugo- 06:48 06/25/21
I will return to try more dishes when I’m in the area. So far so good. The waitress who served me was very hospitable.May not be as suitable for a big group gathering, nor for a quiet get together given that it can get noisy with the close proximity, and large number of dining tables.
