Barron Cedric Tan (Cedric T)08:10 03/01/23This is the perfect place for good, quick, and affordable meals. As of the time of this review, there are not a lot of establishments offering rice meals for less than P50. This is one of those places. There are enough dumpling options available as well as gyoza and lumpiang shanghai.Their "Iskorambol" or Ice Scramble is also something I would highly recommend. It is a fun dessert treat to have to finish the meal. I only wish that the price of the add-ons are a little bit more reasonable. I went with the stick-O and was a little dissapointed that it only included 1 stick. Lastly, not all of the add-ons listed in the poster are actually available to order at the time. Fergie John Frange11:23 11/01/22Cheap dumplings but good for its price. Wenny Laine00:49 09/28/22Iskorambol is a must for an affordable yet yummy dessert. 😋 Johanna Angelique Gibas11:02 10/26/21Brings back memories from undergraduate days - times when I needed food that would fill my tummy without hurting my wallet! The japanese siomai with rice and iskorambol were perfect for that! Don't forget to help the kids selling scrunchies! Angelika Bonete09:25 04/02/19Sulit for a really cheap price! The taste and amount of serving is just right. However, their takeout containers are made of styro which is not only unfriendly to the environment, but also to our health. Better bring your own takeout container instead. It could also get cramped and hot inside but if you're short on your budget, it's already worth it.

Arbi Bautista10:09 07/23/23Food choices were on the pricey side but servings were inconsistent across dishes. Lugaw with toppings was good for 2 people but grilled liempo was super disappointing (think slices almost bacon-thin but were not seasoned well and just looked pale). Only saving grace was the service was good. Mark Anthony Flores06:52 07/04/23I'm Highly recommended this Place, nice food, and the staffs are very accomodating, and ambiance is great., I'm going to visits again next time with my family and friends. cindelh guimalan04:55 07/04/23"I recently dined here and had an amazing experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The menu offered a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes, I highly recommend this resto. to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Robbie Pallasigui11:13 07/02/23This place is awesome. They offer quality services and serving food at its finest. Rey Nocum03:33 05/11/23The five star is for the food.I thought the complain about service in other reviews are just isolated cases but we had similar bad experience. The parking area is just beside the restaurant and drop off point is senior-friendly. Jogi Manalo11:25 03/15/23Excellent food. Great location for a cafe with Filipino food. The University of the Philippines. So happy this has reopened after the lockdown. Flo Espino21:13 02/27/23We're so glad they're back!Service was excellent--we were offered veggie rolls in exchange for rice that came with the tilapia and shrimp sinigang because we had already ordered separate fried rice. Frozti Ann Agrasada02:23 02/15/20Great spot for cat h conversations and yum Filipino food you will be proud of. Tara Reyes00:48 08/10/17Good food. It gets really crowded during lunch service. Meryl Estares10:54 06/13/23Waffles and truffle cream cheese wonton are my fave here!Absolutely love the texture of their waffles.Chicken and truffle pasta are okay, I've had better truffle pasta. Laura Ramos15:29 04/23/23Pros:- Friendly and accommodating staff- Cozy and homely vibe- Pet friendly - they allow doggos in the resto (not just the al fresco area)- Chocolate cake slice was delicious. Even better with espressoCons:- Eggs benedict with waffles: Waffles were chewy and tough - had to ask for a steak knife and still could not cut through. Shame as the poached eggs were perfectly cooked and ham was delicious Norman Ray Villamayor22:45 03/13/23It was my first time to eat here and I was pleasantly amazed how good the food were. The Salpicao was one of the best! Prepared well and the beef cubes were cooked well, tender and still pinkish in the center. Another recommended main is the Grilled Pork Chops. Serving size was good. Pork slices weren't dry. Talagang masarap! Pasta dishes were excellent, too, particularly the Pesto one. Actually, masarap lahat pati ang kape nila! Prices are reasonable. Service is nice. Very accommodating sila sa requests namin. Overall, it was a very nice first dining experience at Nono's at UP Town Center. Highly recommended! 😋👍 Kyle Justin08:29 03/10/23salmon was okay. chicken tasted good HOWEVER it was quite tough, it feels like it was reheated idk. waffles were good. service is also good. location and ambince are good. ST15:50 01/22/23I've been eating here back n forth. Great fusion food The fried chicken is a must, especially kids like it. Desserts are a treat! deliciously made. Price a little bit of a concern, definitely not cheap. But I think it's worth it for some. Fyi Steak, no good, dont order. Grace Diane Melad07:57 11/06/22Always a pleasure dining here.We love their Veggie Mac n Cheese, Miso Salmon and Roasted Beef Belly. This is a pet-friendly restaurant that opens earlier than the mall, perfect for breakfast after a morning run. Apaul Fausto04:51 11/06/22Most of their food seems to be above par to the regular restaurants...though cant say much for their Steak and Eggs where the medium rare steak is overly cooked...ans the service is abit slow.Have to give credits to their beef belly and their porkchop as the taste is exquisite..👏 Ma.Teresa Valdez03:14 03/08/22Overall experience is 10/10. We came here twice and there's no reason for you not to love this restaurant. I would recommend their Alfresco dining instead.📌 Food & Drink. If you're into pasta, they're a must-try. Our favorite here is truffle glazed dumpling treat 👌If you like to try their soup, I'd recommend their french onion soup. Their chicken is also a must-try. Btw, their chicken gravy tastes like the one in Pancake house. Their beef mushroom is also good tho the meat is kinda chewy and I was expecting of a softer type of meat. My favorite on their pasta dishes is their El Diablo shrimp pasta which is 💯📌 Service is good but it can take up to 10 mins before they can cater you. It's understandable tho since they always have a lot of customers basing from my my experience going there twice. Joan Meris12:31 01/16/22Most items in the menu can be ordered solo or for sharing. Fried kesong puti with candied walnuts is a must as appetizer. A little disappointed with the grilled porkchops, not too tender, little chewy. Not a fan of Salmon and Lemon cream pasta, because of the dill. Enjoyed the Homestyle Chicken and salad.Have an alfresco option.

J SL06:28 08/07/23Ramen to your custom liking. They have Kirin Beer. There is squid ink based ramen. Asuka P03:23 07/07/23One of the reasons that I love their ramen is because I can customize my ramen. I love having my noodles extra hard.Update: Quality is still the same! My fave ramen place. I love their Sesame Q too. The only thing that I'm missing from before is the extra hard noodles. I dunno what happened but the extra hard noods is not the same as before. Simon Pavel Miranda18:40 05/25/23Delicious and served fast. Plus they have Japanese beer.. cute nacat04:25 05/19/231 year ago: Fast service and consistently serving good and flavorful ramen across all branches. Highly recommended 😊May 2023: Butao King is delicious but the pork tonkatsu was a let down. The pork was so thin I can't taste it because of the thick breading ☹️ Kenneth Chua03:10 10/04/22We had the Red Demon King and the Wild Cheese Curry King.Taste wise, feedback on the red demon king was it's just mild spicy around 2 - 3. It has a nutty flavor like tantanmen. For the Wild Cheese, it's alright. Salty and creamy at the same time. I just feel that it lacks protein. But yeah, in short - good portion of cheese ramyun, but ramen style, ramen nagi style. For service and quality of food - it's standard. For this case, we've availed the promo 2+1 as long as you have a 2 full paying customer and 1 of them has an ID for proof of birth month. +1 is the butao king customizable. Both limited king are priced at 600, so the bill was 1200 plus 10% service so total was 1320php for 3 bowls (2 if no promo). Definitely pricey, but I guess that's what you pay for quality ramen. For service, same old. I just noticed that some sprouts (side dish/condiment) were almost depleted and were not refilled proactively. And we asked for service water - which should be automatic because of the expensive service charge.Value: 4.7/5.0Price: 4.3/5.0Service: 4.2/5.0Note: don't eat spicy / rich broths when you're hungry. It irritates the stomach. Jera Dalisay00:01 08/14/22I loved their kiddie meal! This includes a Butao Jr., Chasu rice, Karaage and ice cream only for 300 pesos. They were so delicious. The ambiance is authentically Japanese with readily available condiments. Carlos Jaime De Leon14:45 07/13/22Tried butao ramen which is tasy umami and very good broth, perfectly done. Chasu rice though is tiny and not as good, I would stick with just ramen next time. The lemon ice tea was bit of disappointment as its just regular bottled tea that in my opinion is overpriced bottled tea.Anyways, I recommend just go with ramen which is perfect and enjoyable on its own so definitely would come back for the ramen. 😉Fyi, noticed there's birthday promo which makes the celebrant have free ramen as long as you 2 other paying customers with you, see photos. Jane Pena06:52 04/17/22It's always a great treat for my kids especially how it was presented. Thankful for the one who made this kiddie meal concept. Twas a great help for Moms like me with picky eater multiple kids 💜Thanks also to the efficient server at UP Town Center. Loloni Danozeya09:30 04/01/22Santouka Ramen was not serving ramen big bowls aka Carte just set meals and we didn’t want that so we went to Nagie Ramen instead. I ordered the regular Butao King 2 spicy, pork shoulder, soft thin noodles, extra tamago, plus gyoza and karate with Coke Zero. Served hot after 15 minutes, ramen was OK (not the best) it was hot, spicy enough, the pork was a bit tough, not perfect but quite good. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Thank you

Monika Aliguas Navata - Labaupa (Maika)23:30 10/25/19Conveniently located at SURP, feeds hungry students. Quite pricey but most people here are graduate students . Aaron Lecciones04:49 08/02/19Fish Masala Meal (without spice) tasted really good. I also got a Mango shake. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. Good thing they serve quality food with quality service because they're the only one near SURP. Dinah Angot14:43 04/24/19Attached are photos of the place's interior and menu.Inside it has functioning aircon, self-service water, dilnet/upd wifi, and dining tables for one, two, and up to approximately eight occupants. The price range is that of a typical Filipino restaurant, so it's not that student-friendly in my opinion. However, their food variety seems excellent. They offer local and international meals. For trial, I ordered a fruit shake and it was tasty but pricey (75 pesos for one mug). I am yet to try and rate some of the meals.According to a waitress, they are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 9pm. Vincent Edward Festin06:15 07/12/23Despite the hefty and very noticeable price increases, Rodic's still delivers value for money. The Tapsilog is as tasty as ever and never disappoints. For a change, I ordered the pork sinigang and I was also happy with the serving size and the generous amount of vegetables that came with it. Eating at Rodic's is a must when one is at the UP Campus. Anthony Bautista01:00 07/09/23Tapsilog is okay, not that really good. I love that they a have a lot of condiment options. Its adds more to the taste. Jho Celero17:27 04/18/23Came here for bangusilog. I haven't dined at Rodic's in ages so cravings finally satisfied. Nothing fancy, just straight-up crispy fried bangus with runny egg on top of your garlic fried rice. Delish! Jerick Cruz (jerk18)15:26 04/06/23Biker friendly establishment. Food is ok. You will have to wait a bit if there are many customers (understandable). Anton Diaz00:57 04/30/23We like ROC for its home-cooked food in an academe environment in UP. A nice air-conditioned place when meeting in UP. Haniel LC11:23 01/19/23Went here for the nostalgia, really. Never experienced dating here as a student so I'm happy to finally come back with a date as a 31year old adult. Hey you, thanks for the treat 🤗😘 1/16/2023Learned that day that cho-kiss had closed down during the pandemic so it's great to see that ROC still stands. Dark ANGEL13:05 07/16/22We came across this place today for lunch. I think this is a new place located in Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman.Let me start with the interior. The interior design is actually nice ans cozy, but needs a little accent as it borderlines boring to be honest. The ambience it gives inside is actually exuding sophistication, elegance and exclusivity. Perfect for those who want a quiet place to have lunch. For the food, we were actually disappointed as the food was served cold. I don't know how they prepare it but for how slow the food is served, you would expect a nice hot meal. However, the food arrived cold. It was not even like microwaved or something, it was just cold. There was actually one funny thing where I can say they are understaffed. The food server who was about to serve the food of one of my colleagues, was forced to host and seat new guests while she was holding the food to be served. So it was really funny when she was parading the food which should be served. We ordered the following:3 orders of Roast Beed Au Jus1 order of Herbed Porkchop in Creamy Marsala Sauce1 order of Herbed Porkchop in Whiskey Glazed OnionFood 7/10 - sorry it was just okay but was served coldDecor 8/10 - design not fit for the type of food servedAmbience 11/10 - provides aristocratic eleganza Allan Allas05:42 06/30/22Haven't tried the dishes yet; my son has and he said the ones he ordered were great. But the cakes, yum!! Rey Trillana14:23 08/14/18It’s like a school canteen upgraded. A neighborhood eatery if you will. The foods are simple but delicious. Located at Bahay ng Alumni inside UP Campus.
