14:44 09/12/22Entrance a bit bottled neck. Need to take stairs to first level. A bit dark. There are old pantings at the wall. The tables are nicely decorated. Buffet styles. Spanish theme dinner. The appetiser is a bit bitter. Spaghetti, seafood, chicken, curry lamb are nice. The fruits and dessert are also nice. Asked ice cubes twice before served. Charlotte Noquiao (wllkrstnchrltt)-
06:21 06/21/22A bit pricey but the food is still good. We were served with an undercooked paella the last time. I love the sampaguita ice cream 🍨Booking a table is recommended, and there is free parking inside their premises. JJae H.-

12:15 04/16/23I like their spaghetti bolognese; it's good and meaty. Their spaghetti puttanesca is not so good. Their pot roast beef is very tender, its sauce is on the sour side, still good to pair with rice.Their oyster rockefeller is also very good. Edgar Kho-
04:06 01/28/23I believe this is one of older steak restaurant i the Metro hence the place feels old but it's not bad. Though it would feel more a casual dining experience. Food (steak) is still great, though I wished more sauce/gravy were given. It also comes with complimentary bread and butter but no complimentary dessert with it. Also tried their pasta and it is good! Nicole Velasco-
09:58 09/26/22If you're looking for flavorful, delicious , big serving plates for family gatherings. This is the perfect place for you!Ranging from Pasta, Seafoods and Pastries, ribs and steaks, you won't regret.Note of the price range though, the price fits it's food quality. So it's really good to go here when there's an occasion, or if you're up for grabs on some good food, it's worth a try. Lorenzo Solis-
14:44 06/23/22Mario's is a Tomas Morato staple. If you want to enjoy a decent meal with family, this is the place to go. The food is well prepared and so are the staff. We loved everything from the Ceasar salad, to the appetizers - Gambas, Oyster Rockefeller and especially the steak.Overall all this is a 4 out of 5.Pro tip:Parking slots are limited so come in early. Gilbert O'Sullivan-
03:37 02/21/22The ambience is old-school and service matches with attention to detail. The food was ok - my pork chops were a bit dry despite my asking for them cooked medium, and they came with the most unpleasantly sweet onion sauce on top - just excessively sugaryEverything else was fine and my friend's steak was ok if very fattyProbably appeals to local sweet-tooth taste but expats will find it not of a more traditional style given the attraction to lots of sugar in the cooking

10:32 02/19/23Great place, helpful and kind people working here.Food quality is a far cry from online reviews on famous blogs.Kare kare bagnet was just okay, apart from the meat being so tough and dry, not juicy at all. Bagoong was fortunately well cooked and seasoned just right. The laing is 1 out of 5 stars, they didn't cook the coconut oil enough for it to give that caramelized taste.Salted egg chicken skin, lacked taste. Needed some pepper and salt. It did't taste salty at all.The sisig is okay. But sisig hooray or king sisig does better.Overall, they need to cook better. People who cook can tell if things are off or excessive.Garlic rice was mainly plain rice topped with garlic, make some effort improving it considering the price difference. Kay Posadas-
04:47 11/17/22I regret ordering the adobong tadyang as I was not expecting to get something that tastes like Korean beef stew. Like, who expects to taste the flavor of Korean galbi stew when they see adobo on the menu? I don't even recall tasting any sort of vinegar or sour taste in that sauce. Their steamed pompano and salted egg crablets and shrimp were good. Laing was not too spicy, which is good for me, but probably not for a trueblue Bicolano. Their desserts were a winner, particularly the pecan pie and ube calamansi cheesecake but the slices are understandably smaller now thanks to inflation. This was the first time again in 10 years that I went back to eat here, service is always topnotch, but stick to ordering their bestsellers like bagnet kare-kare. Steffi Santana-

09:08 07/15/22The food was great! It wasn't my first time to visit but I liked my orders this time as well. The place is so pleasant too and even their staff are nice. 😊Just didn't like that my wine was served before my meal, so by the time my meal came, it wasn't chilled anymore. 04:23 12/26/22Had lunch on a weekday here. I am uncertain if it were a timing thing, or because it was the height of the holiday season, but this place was mostly empty. This to me translated to it being more quiet. The food in and of itself was delicious, and the portions were big. There were three of us, and we could hardly even finish the food. The service though, was lacking. I'm glad that they didn't hover, but they also didn't keep an eye out for our table, which I'm made to understand is standard for sit down places like this. Perhaps it's because it was a slow day? Anyway, they do eventually get back to us so it's all good.I'd come back, for the wonderful food alone. Rome So-

07:34 12/15/22Enjoyed the dessert more than the mains. Although their offerings sound so innovative, the different dishes do not seem to be designed for them to be had together. Maybe they could suggest pairings for a better experience.Given that the food isn't that cheap, the seats could be more comfortable. The table could hardly accommodate the plates, the food, and drinks. Even the table legs are awkwardly positioned once tables are put together.I do love the desserts. The paella was also divine and if only the bottom was a bit more scorched, it would have been more than perfect. Also if you plan to dine, it would be best to reserve a table. 13:13 04/06/23We came for Valentine's Day 2021, and the overall dinner was very good. We truly appreciated all the effort that went into producing a Valentine's day ambiance, which made the dinner feel very special. It's still one of the best date settings we've experienced so far. The service was quick and attentive, dishes were paced accordingly, the unlimited wine was fun.The food was good. In line with the ambiance, the presentation was fantastic. The seasoning and cooks were generally good, but a couple included parts in a few of the dishes were underwhelming. The overall meal was still satisfying. 07:01 02/21/22Beautiful, breathtaking interiors 😍 food is delicious, highly recommend trying out Sinulog (chicken) and paella (non-traditional as the traditional one was a bit too crunchy for me). 19:00 06/08/22Celebrated Special Occasions in Filipino Fusion RestaurantThe place is easy to spot since it is near the entrance of Westgate Center. This restaurant is located on a long stairway which is also good for photo ops. The interior is old, simple and neat.At the entrance, the crew were enthusiastically welcoming. They are attentive and energetic. They know their menu that we could ask their recommendations. In all fairness, we liked what we ordered. They were mostly common Filipino food but with a twist. Unexpectedly, we all liked the Pinakbet Salad, it is crunchy and flavorful. We also liked our dessert, Fried Suman, Mangga and Chocnut. The combination blended well. Other dishes are good too. The menu just need to specify if the dish is good for a group meal or for single serving.I believe it takes creativity and talent to create a new recipe from the food we use to love but they did. They just didn't change the appearance but make a new texture and experience. It is therefore a good fusion and we liked it. 👍 Dana C-
11:47 03/12/22Food was okay. The crab fat palabok tasted good. I also loved the sinigang paella. The pork dinuguan was too sour for my taste. I only gave them 2 stars because they served me raw squid. It was raw I had a hard time slicing it with my knife. I had to ask them to grill it again. It ruined my appetite. It was my first time dining there and I will never go back again.

04:00 08/21/22In my hunt for the best sisig in manila, I saw trellis featured in an article so I decided to drop by since it had such a strong recommendation. The visual treat was sefinitelt a sight to behold with the meat sizzling when it arrives, but disappointment washed over me when I took the first bite of sisig with the garlic fried rice. The pork bbq was another let down, it was hard and obviously precooked and placed aside for customers. My Filipino friends all agreed the food was terrible, it was a sad lunch for us. We left most of it behind and decided to go somewhere else for a 2nd sisig. A Sunday market sisig was the best we had so far. Blessie Hyacinth Lapore-
